Bjorn on left and Jesper on right? I guess I never realized how much work Bjorn was putting in on these early albums. The two of them together make for the most uniquely beautiful and brutal sound. So glad I got to see them and meet them both in the early(ish) days. Another banger on the performance! Great work as always!
Yep, I always do with the Les Paul the Glenn or Bjorn parts and the Jesper ones with the Jackson, or at least what I think they play. For some songs like this one it's difficult because they never played it live
Yep, I meant Glenn or Bjorn meaning Glenn on TJR and Whoracle and Bjorn from colony onwards But actually Bjorn recorded also guitars in studio on TJR and Whoracle, in particular on the solos (Goliaths Disarm their Davids, second solo on The Hive, Jester Script Transfigured)
My favourite In Flames song. I’m only onto my third video of yours, but have really enjoyed them all so far, and you have a ton more for me to get through 😊🤟
Man, this is absolutely brilliant. Don't stop! Also... is there a change you got your cover written down as tabs? It's pretty hard to figure some of these riffs by ear. Especially for a beginner.
Unfortunately I learn all the songs by ear, but a lot of people is asking me tabs recently I'd like in the future maybe to do some sort of riff by riff or lesson or something like that, who knows
Man how did you hit that high note early in the solo?? Isn't it a 24th fret bend, at least in C standard?? I for the life of me can't figure out how you did that
In C standard there are notes above the 24th fret, so for these sections I used a pitch shifter to add a higher octave I believe in studio they used a guitar tuned to E standard for the solo, or they used a pitch shifter as well :) The pitch shifter is used in the bend at 3.09 and the final section at 3.29 in particular

bjorn wasn't playing guitar in the jester race..he was the drummer..

Смотри твои каверы и балдею! Я всё это сам переиграл лет 7-9 назад. Красава!!! Чётко играешь!!!

Это лучшее, что слышал лет за шесть. Отличная работа.
This is so cool. Great cover of a hidden gem. I remember the tab confusing the hell out of me back in the day. That lead is insane and you nailed it.
Thanks! Yeah tabs aren't accurate most of the time :)

It is a weird solo for In Flames, I tried my best to do it as close as possible to the original hahah
This is absolutely fantastic. Tone is great too.

Complimenti.
Awesome ! What series of Jackson V is that?
It's RR24XT, I don't think they produce it anymore
so i’m not the only one checking my knobs every 2 seconds😂
Yeah, I never touch the knobs but apparently for my brain there is always someone turning them down 😂
