I've read somewhere before (when GOL wasn't out yet), that Treize designed Epyon, TG 2 & 3 together during his exile but decided to finish first Epyon to counter the threat of Wing Gundam Zero being the strongest MS at that time. Further, his 1st design of Epyon was supposed to have both armaments of the TG 3 but changed it to just having a boosted beam saber and heat rod due to chivalrous reasons. Also Treize planned to equip all of them with the Epyon system (similar with ZERO system), but only Epyon and TG 3 were equipped with it. Moreover, Treize planned to take TG 3 into battle with Libra but due to additional design mods made by him it was not finished and instead took the TG 2 color modified. Originally TG 2 had same color scheme with TG 3 but the change (obviously patterned with Treize outfit color scheme by the creators) was so it could be identified easily by soldiers in the battle field (that explains the plumage). Lastly, when the Preventers found the unfinished TG 3, they completed it using just the base design of TG 1. It was never clear what were the modifications in the design Treize wants with the TG 3 but it was only the beam cannon and heat shield rod was finished. Perhaps the final design could have been a gundamish looking MS since he intended the TG 3 to be a counter against Epyon and Libra at the same time.

Ive been a Gundam fan for almost 30 years but you have filled in so many gaps with this video. Especially when it came to Wufei. My guy was suffering from *EmOTionAL DaaaMAGeEee* But this makes me thing about the opening song _'Rhythm Emotion'_ I wonder if that song was about Wufei and his deceased partner.
It's a bit late, but the 15Gs is during evasive and combat maneuvers. Most data points to it being 10Gs max acceleration in a straight line. That is based on the Tallgeese III, which is hinted to be more powerful overall.
That was a pretty awesome & informative video!! While the RGs & MGs are their own beasts, I do regret never gettin' my hands on a set of three copies of the old HG Fighting Action 1/144 & HG 1/100 Tallgeese III kits. Why three? Because those mofos gave you the option to build them as Tallgeese I, II, OR III. And it's funny: Tallgeese Flugel had Wing ZEROCustom's wings, while the Deathscythe Roussette Unit gets wings similar to Wing VerKa's wings. They sure got a lot of love for Wing & Wing ZERO (DESPITE the Tallgeese technically predating the Gundams including Wing ZERO)...😏😏😏
Fighter pilots can handle around 11-12 vertical/positive "normal gravity" g's and possibly higher latteral g's. Much much lower negative g's thats why jet fighters always roll over before reducing altitude on aggressive decents

I've always have a grievance with the information saying that the Tallgeese II was built of spare parts. The thing is most of the spare parts were used to reconstruct the Wing Gundam, and a dummy of the Wing Gundam that which they blew up. It was clearly stated in the anime that they blew up most of the spare parts of the Tallgeese. Yet somehow magically there was more parts. It was proven Treize could build MS himself with his personal factory. He built the Epyon and the Tallgeese III from scratch. I think Treize simply remanufactured new parts for the original Tallgeese, then decided to use them to build his own unit. Also there's no way the performance of the Tallgeese and Tallgeese II have identical performance. It was pointed out by Howard that the original Tallgeese couldn't keep up with Zech's in space, which led to it's destruction. But the Tallgeese II had no problem what-so-ever keeping up with Treize, who was an exceptional pilot. More than likely Treize's Tallgeese II had many internal upgrades to modernize parts of if after studying Gundam technology. Hence the Tallgeese II having a Gundam face.
Most definitely. The Tallgeese II was superior to the original in every way. One of the reasons I believe Zechs refused to duel Treize is because of the real chance Trieze would win. It's really understated how good of a pilot Treize was.
@@SniperCR39 On that we are completely agreed. Zechs couldn't risk a duel with Treize when his plan was about to come to fruition. And it was Heero that he really wanted to fight anyway. Treize knew the Epyon inside and out because he built it. And that likely was Zech's biggest worry.
@@Felix24148 Yep. Treize piloting techniques utilizes precision and no wasted movements, and Zechs loves to show out. Despite Epyon's superior speed and agility Trieze's style would probably win out...
@@SniperCR39 Well both the Epyon and Tallgeese were MS designed for duels. The Epyon was superior technologically speaking. But it had limited armaments. Treize was extremely intimate with it's design and performance, as well as that of the Tallgeese. Plus Treize was so dangerous not just for his skills, but also his genius. Who else was known for that? Amuro Ray, that's who. Amuro wasn't just a powerful Newtype, he was a genius that knew exactly how his MS worked, and exactly how many aspects of his enemy's machine worked, an was fully capable of designing and repairing his own unit. That's what made him so unbelievably dangerous. When you combine wicked skills of either mutation, natural talent, or extreme discipline, then add in genius level intellect with combat and strategy, then add in the mind of a scientist or engineer. Both Amuro Ray and Treize check those boxes. Treize very well could have only been taken down by someone like Heero Yuy who had the abilities to match him. Heero was genetically augmented to have superior strength and intellect, and was military trained from a very young age. Both by Doctor J and his own father, who was ironically the assassin who killed the real Heero Yuy. Someone like Heero was truly the match Treize needed to fight. Instead he allowed himself to be killed by Wufei so he wouldn't have to exist in the post war era. An end I still hate to one of the most talented people of his time. Treize was so smart that he was actually aware of the Gundams before Operation Meteor even took place. And had already begun taking measures before they arrived. Which is why he was able to build the Epyon to begin with since he had a personal factory fully stocked with materials ready to go on his own property. He likely built the Epyon using reverse engineered designs from the Wing Gundam when Zechs had it rebuilt. And filled in the technological gaps with his own technology. Who else besides the scientists who created the Gundams could do that?
@@Felix24148 Epyon was limited in armaments because because it didn't need any additional armaments. A testament to Treize's genius. The dude literally took over the world twice! I do believe though that Epyon's Zero system showed him his death. That's why he resigned himself to defeat. I also believe he wanted to duel Epyon as well hence why he gave it to Heero. As we all know however Heero gave it to Zechs instead because he didn't understand Treize and didn't want to. All Heero understood was that he would become an unstoppable killing machine if he continued to pilot it. Heero's piloting style also revolves around precision. What separates Heero from everyone else though is his direct get the job done no matter what approach. He doesn't care how many hits he takes or how ugly it is. (ex. Crashing the Wing Gundam into the ground why transforming into MS mode. Dude is just crazy like that. 🤣
You can make severals video for Gundam manga (for example Seed X Astray manga or others) since many people do not have access to the manga (or are too lazy to read them. :) )
Well it is possible in the GW universe. Wing Zero was destroyed by the recoil of its Buster Riffle in endless waltz though only because it had been heavily damaged by that point, and I can only guess beam blaster weapons create those beams by creating small energy reactions similar to nuclear fission then direct those outward so its probable higher level reactions would create larger reactions and thus more recoil

Current Day Fighter pilots train for 9-10gs ... so sort bursts of 15g maneuvers isnt outside the realm of possible.. especially in a time where war fighting is done by humanoid mecha .
15 G is approx twice a normal jet pilot could at the extremes handle. 7G manuevers can be done. 9 G is nearly no one can keep concious and the plane sustains some structural damages that in the long run will damage the plane critically. in 15 G thats insane at sustained amounts no one could remain concious except for like a sniper pilot.
Honestly I think Zach would keep it with him I don't think you would handle his mobile suit think he'll keep it on the ship just in case he needs to put out fires as they called the insurrections or whatever they want to call it when they have to use a mobile suit so these probably have it on the ship waiting for combat all the time because I know Zack's one hesitate to go and fight so it's probably with him 24/7 on board the shuttle and probably on a resource satellite where they stationed him
1G= one times the pilot weight 50 times pilot weight. To put it simply if a pilot weigh 150lbs at 1G at 50G the pilot would weigh 7500 lbs of enurser force
I think what Zechs did to master the Tallgeese was limit the use the vernier output to just short bursts; just enough boost to physically handle, but also enough to outmaneuver enemy mobile suits.... Or, it's just an anime, and you should suspend your disbelief 😅
Zechs never lower the output whether in anime or manga, so he mastered it by himself, it’s anime anyway, so people handling 15G will happen for sure. Even at one point, Tallgeese can’t react to his thoughts and became too slow for Zechs (you can see the details when he was fighting Taurus)
@@zethythonix I always found it kind of BS Zeches was able to master Tallgeese. I mean the series took place over only a year or so (Relena's birthday was basically the start and her next Birthday was the end) and it would take years of physical training to get your body to be able to even handle a few more Gs of gravity let alone the Tallgeese
In the anime those boosters were designed for the gundams and not talgie so the gundams can get back into space maybe instead of using the manga facts about the booster use the anime fact
Perhaps I should include the line about all Gundams can use it, but forgive me if I sounded rude, manga is part of the settings so we should respect it. There’s no such thing called anime fact or manga fact
50Gs?! Is that really the number they freaking gave?! 50Gs wouldn't just kill you, it would turn you into a red smear in the cockpit! It would LIQUIFY you!
@@zethythonix Okay, I probably misheard then. 15G is potentially survivable in extremely short amounts of time. It would still cause serious injury in most cases and there is no way a person could keep conscious and pilot a machine though. Not unless some fictional technology was used to help the pilot withstand high G forces.
Top reason a Gundam series shouldn't take place in the United States: Everyone will have a Mobile Suit, and everyone will complain about MS rights if any government wants to limit who can own one.
Technically many of them do. They involve the world so obviously they would take place in the US or whatever it would be referred to in that universe, and I doubt everyone would have one, they are very costly and if anyone could afford one then in real life everyone could own their own tank or jet

Man, this is good. Thanks also for explaining why WuFei is such a pissbaby in the anime.
Thank you. After all these years now, I see why WuFei was so hard-core 👍🏾🔥
Excellent episode. Can't wait for when you do an episode about my all time favorite Gundam, Wing Gundam Zero.
Wing zero is the upcoming episode!
@@zethythonix I thought it was just the Wing Gundam? Either way that just made my day
@@justinandrew5849 wing zero was developed before wing Gundam according to the history line, which was why the whole episode is based on wing Gundam itself
@@zethythonix This is true lol Can't wait for that video!
GODBLESS.
I can't help but think of the Tallgeese Flugel as a mechanical chicken with a lance.
They need to make this a ova or a mini series cause this would explain endless waltz
The bigswan has always been a favourite of mine
I'm new to the HLMS series you have but I love it, great content!♡
Ive been a Gundam fan for almost 30 years but you have filled in so many gaps with this video. Especially when it came to Wufei. My guy was suffering from *EmOTionAL DaaaMAGeEee*
But this makes me thing about the opening song _'Rhythm Emotion'_ I wonder if that song was about Wufei and his deceased partner.
Thanks! Glad that you liked the video!

Wow this is very informative! More of these please!
Sure! Make sure you subscribe and hit the bell as there are more coming! :D Glad you like it
Do you not have a Shenlong/Nataku/Altron video? You have the other 4 primary Gundams, and then the Tallgeese, but I can't find a Shenlong video.
Nice history.. I hope you do shenlong.
hi sir good day..tell us what happen to gundam epyon thanks
Tallgeese is my favorite too. Tallgeese and Deathscythe
Very detailed. Thanks i love this review🙂
I have all the RG as well... Just tallgeese 3 will ever completed by my wife.
Fighter pilots can handle around 11-12 vertical/positive "normal gravity" g's and possibly higher latteral g's. Much much lower negative g's thats why jet fighters always roll over before reducing altitude on aggressive decents
wow, i didn`t know about wufei `s wife! this explains everything!! rip nataku
In my school vr game there's another tallgeese version called tallgeese 4 piloted by isurugi and it has the same weapons as the rest of the nest but there's a new weapon the Valkyrie buster sword that and a new wtf weapon the buster shovel as a joke and he used it during operation overfury and in the game during the fight as goalius the tallgeese 4 Valkyrie buster sword smashed on goalius head and the buster shovel was used but goalius used his armed armour vn and burning fingers in destroyer mode and ripped right through the armour and the whole thing falls to pieces sense it was like the zida a rushed unit with a new paint job and when it happened everyone in combat started laughing there asses off
auto kind of went rogue and sacrificed himself using it basically as a kinetic weapon blowing up the entire goddamn Saint Kingdom with it I WILL ATTAIN VICTORY IN EXCHANGE FOR MY LIFE that was such a powerful scene
These are so good keep it up
15gs is livable, my old pilots regularly pulled 7+ Gs, a few pulled up to 10 and one guy pulled 12 Gs. so i can imagine going that much further
Dude I love gundams I love your videos, we should find a way to start our own Gundam show !
I want to start my own Gundam story since I was a kid, but I can’t draw neither write a good story
@@zethythonix I can write a decent script. That's technically where it starts, but we need good models of Gundams as well as enemy models
@@zekeodima3708 I already have the concepts of the Gundams, MP type MS and MSV designs
@@zethythonix what's the difference between all the types like the Ms and what not...?
Gundams = Protagonist, Prototypes for future Mass-Production Plan, Generally Strong
Mass Production MS = cheap, easy for pilots, heavily scale down from the Gundam design, able to mass produce in a short time, and easy to modify due to the unified design
MSV = Gundams or mass produce MS appeared in side stories or never existed, it can be test units, potential concepts that got scrapped, weapon testing, full armor concept, environmental concept, or different variations extended from one design
Sad the Tallgeese Flugel didn't show up in Gundam Breakers 4 but I guess you can build a Great Value version of it
Please make a video about Nataku!!!
Tallgeese and Epyon were always my favorite mechs.
So wait. Wing takes place in a different universe? Was the tallgeese the first mobile suit ever made?
Wing's story is the After Colony timeline, in that timeline, Tallgeese is the first of the first

@@sunrisespartan1765 oh ok , i have never watched gundam wing before
You can make severals video for Gundam manga (for example Seed X Astray manga or others) since many people do not have access to the manga (or are too lazy to read them. :) )
The tall goose 3 was my first and to date, only wing kit
Next time can we talk about Psycho frame technology and mobile suits which uses it ?
Sure. After the Duel and Buster video
How does a beam weapon have recoil? The ballistic Dober gun should have more recoil than a beam weapon.
50g's would turn you to pulp,
with g suit (current tech and training 5) you can wistand 12g's for about 9 secs before blacking out
I said 15...

Another feature that the Tallgeese III has is it's equipped with a system similar to the Epyon/ZERO System.
I don’t think that’s Tallgeese III? Never read any information about your mention
@@zethythonix the Wiki labels it as an interface system that's the precursor to the Epyon System.
Didn’t the 3 have aspects of the epion system added to it ?
Epyon system? You mean ZERO system? No the T3 don’t have any system like that
@@zethythonix thanks for the info must be an error in the wikki then. When talking about the interface being related to the epion system it didn’t make much sense since the epion has the zero system installed not its own thing

my favorite story.
My favorite Mobile Suit is the Original Tallgeese it was very powerful machine if it stand a chance the Physailis.
I believe the anime i have it is included because I knew this before youtube.
the F4 Phandom Mobile Suit of Gundam Wing Universe
Current Day Fighter pilots train for 9-10gs ... so sort bursts of 15g maneuvers isnt outside the realm of possible.. especially in a time where war fighting is done by humanoid mecha .
15 G is approx twice a normal jet pilot could at the extremes handle.
7G manuevers can be done. 9 G is nearly no one can keep concious and the plane sustains some structural damages that in the long run will damage the plane critically. in 15 G thats insane at sustained amounts no one could remain concious except for like a sniper pilot.
Shocked you didn't mention the Shortduck!
Never heard of it before

What is better rg tallgeese 1 or 3
They are both pretty good, but I like the T3 better
I kind of want to collect all 4 tallgeese MG after watching this lol. I already have 2 of them.
got dang I forgot about Noin for a second
Tallgeese III is such a badass.
50G is like a bad but survivable car crash. Every thruster accleration
Honestly I think Zach would keep it with him I don't think you would handle his mobile suit think he'll keep it on the ship just in case he needs to put out fires as they called the insurrections or whatever they want to call it when they have to use a mobile suit so these probably have it on the ship waiting for combat all the time because I know Zack's one hesitate to go and fight so it's probably with him 24/7 on board the shuttle and probably on a resource satellite where they stationed him
i think tallgeese 3 was seal away
1G= one times the pilot weight 50 times pilot weight. To put it simply if a pilot weigh 150lbs at 1G at 50G the pilot would weigh 7500 lbs of enurser force
Thanks for the explanation!
JUSTICE FOR WUFEI!!!
Makes me want to get a tallgeese even if i dont like its appearance.
Try the RG, all 3 of them were awesome
TY
Tallgeese is also my favorite, except for Tallgeese 3
I actually like the T3 instead lol
anyway the Gs it produce are so wicked that Zex just fractured his ribs
Watching this I now want the RG Tallgeese
Go and get it!
@@zethythonix it's fine just different info for us who only watched the anime
Tallgeese, the Italian with thicc thighs
Fighter pilots take 9gs max after heavy training, 15gs would nearly instantly kill a normal person
50Gs?! Is that really the number they freaking gave?! 50Gs wouldn't just kill you, it would turn you into a red smear in the cockpit! It would LIQUIFY you!
15G not 50G, I think I said it correctly
@@zethythonix Okay, I probably misheard then. 15G is potentially survivable in extremely short amounts of time. It would still cause serious injury in most cases and there is no way a person could keep conscious and pilot a machine though. Not unless some fictional technology was used to help the pilot withstand high G forces.
Three time faster...thats why all tallgese have powerfull booster..
The weapon of tallgesse 3 called rail gun or mega cannon.
Now color it red so itll be much faster
Eh. I experienced 30Gs when I crashed my car.
I don’t really know the impact...
I didn't knew Wu Fei had a Waifu that had died 🤔 now I know why Wu Fei is such a douchebag in Wing Series.
Its actually more confusing IMO. I mean he fights for a woman but acts like a total douche towards them in the series.
TALLGEESE 3 IS A CHAD MOBILE SUIT
Top reason a Gundam series shouldn't take place in the United States: Everyone will have a Mobile Suit, and everyone will complain about MS rights if any government wants to limit who can own one.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Technically many of them do. They involve the world so obviously they would take place in the US or whatever it would be referred to in that universe, and I doubt everyone would have one, they are very costly and if anyone could afford one then in real life everyone could own their own tank or jet
