    If you love seeing Senita cacti, especially the organ pipe cacti and other huge cacti; you should visit the mountains near Los Mochis, Sinaloa (or anywhere in northern Sinaloa). A very special place where the Sonoran Desert and the Thornscrub meet.

    I wonder why they were so dry? Just inclement weather? Maybe there are too many plants and it's just competition. I wonder if these plants would thrive in a more humid, but hot and dry environment? The American southwest is very difficult I would imagine.
