Here I am showing a quick demonstration for micropropagation of tufted cacti but applicable to all cacti species.
Surface sterilization using isopropyl and bleach solutions.

I’ve used all of them and find BAP and NAA can handle it all but I use a bunch for different projects

Best video on this I can find! Is the preparation for the media any different for cacti than it is for other plants? I plan to order some MS online but want to make sure I get the ratios right. Also does providing the micro pour tape hole on the ms media container allow for faster or slower growth?

Faster growth and it’s pretty much the same.

If you use commercial bleach it’s a 15% dilution and if it’s pure dilute to 7.5% pure then 15% of that

how much chlorine % in your diluted 20% solution please? is your stock solution a 3% chlorine solution or 12%?

Stock solution is actually 4.5 % the diluted to 20
