I was there too. At the fairgrounds on fort bend county by Houston Texas. They were wayyyyy better than rhcp. Ministry is rad. Best Lollapalooza. Pearl jam was good too.
Chris Connolly with dreadlocks...and he’s singing TV Song & then “So What”...that is just wonderful...wish I had gone when I had the chance back then...but I did manage to see Ministry 5Xs which I’m quite proud of...
There is still no more brutal trio of live songs than the NWO to Missing to Deity with zero breaks. At this shows in Seattle just when you thought you were exhausted on the floor the energy kept going up with each transition. To me, it'll remain the single greatest gameplan by a band for a setlist ever. No breaks for 15 minutes and THEN we got Hero....I thought people were gonna die lol.
So worked for BGP in 1995-97, this show was one the other guards talked about. One guy pulled someone out of the pit only to break his ankle on the way down. It was nuts.
YES! I was at this show, definitely in my top 3 best live bands and they sound better live than on record. Thank you for posting! This was the night I ran into a friend that was rumored to be a cannibal, his ordinarily beautiful dark brown skin was grey! I wonder if he had Kuru or something, what makes skin turn grey?
Saw this tour in Lakeland Florida- drove down from Jacksonville- awesome! Although Helmet didn’t play, word going around was they had their equipment stolen the night before. Still one of the top 10 shows I’ve seen.
It’s amazing how much the vibe comes through. I was 3 when this was recorded. But I have a dear friend who met AL in second grade in Chicago. And he has been a a ministry fan since the beginning. Over the years I’ve gotten more and more interested
Went to Chicago for In Case You didn’t feel like showing up Then Lallapoloza another amazing show 1996 saw L7, Zombie and Ministry in San Francisco Jump to the Slayer Farewell tour Phil Anselmo and the Illigals Primus Ministry and Slayer Loud every damn time The only shows that where better was Skinny Puppy
Was this from the 2nd Lollapalooza? Ministry was the 2nd to last band, and insisted that they go on after dark. After they played, Red Hot Chili Peppers was the final band.
Most people watching these vids never understand how LOUD this band was. It was insane. I was 20 when I saw them in an amphitheater during lollapalooza. I had to walk away as I had no ear plugs and had invested years into learning how to play guitar and drums and tried to protect my hearing. Within 2 songs I already started losing hearing in my left ear. That is how loud is was. it actually hurt my chest because the bass was so powerful. This is the safe way to experience them :)
I Was fortunate enough to see Ministry at Lollapalooza '92. Still the best show I've ever seen. They demolished RHCP hahaha.
Fucking crushed them
Demolished ain't the word. They made fucking clowns out of them !!!
no shit
They demolish everything, in the best way possible
I was there too. At the fairgrounds on fort bend county by Houston Texas. They were wayyyyy better than rhcp. Ministry is rad. Best Lollapalooza. Pearl jam was good too.

@@MisterMagnificent Slayer is boring live.
Helmet was ok, Ministry killed, but Sepultura was Godlike! Almost didn’t make it out of the pit.
Woulda been a worthy way to go
Old Ministry sepultura

Eating people stuffed with gray crayollas is my best guess
See them in Paris at the same tour (12 November) and how can I say.... huge, amazing ! at this period the band was perfect !!
Thank you for sharing this! I watch it on the regs! Do you happen to have the full concert with Sepultura and Helmet as well?

I vaguely remember that, can't recall any opening band, now it's botheting me. This is the show I went to, maybe Helmut played and I was just late.
Pretty cool...this is now vintage 🥳😎
Connolly came back for the encore to sing “Breathe”...thats way cool, man 😁
Imagine having the foresight to record a concert with extremely old and cumbersome technology in fucking 1992, wow
It’s amazing how much the vibe comes through. I was 3 when this was recorded. But I have a dear friend who met AL in second grade in Chicago. And he has been a a ministry fan since the beginning. Over the years I’ve gotten more and more interested
Went to Chicago for In Case You didn’t feel like showing up

i was there, too. the short girl some big drunk guy tried to kill by shoving under the pit. ai yi yi. great show though.
I was at this show.
They came on before the Chili peppers at Lollapalooza in Chicago and blew them away.
Same in Minneapolis .. Ministry destroyed them.
I thought the chili peppers were overrated
@@jonathankoziol6573 I agree.

Великолепный тяжеляк, ни такой как Металика с их Чёрным Альбомом, иной, но ни менее великий!

Ministry Its Live !! Oct 2020 from Mexico City
Was this from the 2nd Lollapalooza? Ministry was the 2nd to last band, and insisted that they go on after dark. After they played, Red Hot Chili Peppers was the final band.
Helmet / Sepultura / Ministry... Pit was insane, I was right above the light board center stage.
This was NOT from Lollapalooza

@@gsoltis29 i saw them at graspop last year. Trust me, they still are loud af
willem de jong damn they must be deaf as fuck
Ministry was a relentless powerhouse of chaotic proportions back in the day…What happened Al?
holy shit
That must have been a sold out show
Wait why is there no official recording of ministry live in 1992 but there is one for 'in case you didn't feel like showing up' & 'sphinctour'.
In Toronto I remember someone spitting kerosene fireball over the pit, but I can not remember which song it was. Help me. Burning inside?
If it wasnt 4 them there wood b no White Zombie... So bow!!!
fuck zombie , without Uncle Al ,,,no indrustrial at all dude ,,,,,respect the man
Lola II 92?!!!!
Was at this show and am as confused now as back then...is the drummer not frequently playing a different song? Even Kirk is confused...

Why they didn't play "everyday is halloween" on this show???
You're joking right?
He sounds like lemmy
