to be fair that's actually a wise thing to do, it's surprisingly cheaper for him, since time=money and Ben doesn't have much time, so by saving his time with fast planes he actually saves it. And by spreading his money in more ways he secures it. If one thing fails, he has another one just in case. That yacht isn't there for him to live 24/7 as a main home, but it definitely could be if everything goes to shit. And obviously he is able to sell it for more or the same price pretty much whenever he wants to. People are willing to buy these things.

This house is literally a couple of miles from me...it's right in between a dollar general and a tire shop lol, and yes homeless people live all back in that area
You can DEFINITELY get more than 2500 dollars per person per month out of assisted living facilities. In my town, some places charge 5,000 a month per resident....not including medication costs. I live in fayetteville north Carolina.
