Composer: Pablo de Sarasate
Lento: the violin plays in lugubrious lento 4/4. This section has an improvisational quality; the melody, which essentially consists of pairs of 4-bar phrases, is punctuated with difficult runs and other technically demanding figures, including flying spiccato and ricochet bowings.
Un Peu Plus Lent: The muted soloist plays a melancholic melody with the so-called reverse-applied dotted note: 1/16 + dotted 1/8 rhythm.
Allegro Molto Vivace: At this point, the piece becomes extremely rapid. The challenging solo part consists mainly of long spiccato runs, along with double stops, artificial harmonics and left-hand pizzicato.

I listened to many other performances, but this is my favorite, one of the most beautiful gypsy melodies. This is my favorite interpretation of this work, subtly feeling and conveying all the nuances of the delightful music of Pablo Sarasate, have no equal. Your playing touches me to the core with the exquisite craftsmanship and filigree technique of Sarasate's masterpiece. Amazing performance of the composition, I'm fascinated. I literally appeared tears in my eyes, it seemed to me that David was not playing the violin, but the strings of my soul. Your playing style is the most expressive I've ever heard, very beautiful interpretation, it's emotion, penetrating right into the heart, beauty, sensuality, virtuosity, passion. Execution pizzicato delightful = Your sophisticated, virtuoso style of pizzicato performance in all compositions has no analogues = peak of perfection. There are no words to describe my delight, impeccably beautiful performance, full of fire and passion and at the same time graceful. Listening to this beautiful composition and performance, I got great pleasure!!! A magnificent ensemble with excellent musicians with filigree technique and amazing playing.
