UNDP Accelerator Labs and QCRI: AI for Social Good 2022 | Accelerating Learning

The Qatar Center for Artificial Intelligence at the Qatar Computing Research Institute (QCRI), UNDP Innovation in the Arab States, and the UNDP Accelerator Labs Network are happy to invite you to the first of a two-part event on “Artificial Intelligence for Social Good: Accelerating Learning.”
The event is the fruit of a long-standing collaboration between UNDP and QCRI; it builds on the 2019 AI for Social Good forum. The primary objectives are to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas between development practitioners and researchers on new types and sources of data and artificial intelligence and to increase awareness of the opportunities these offer to strengthen organizational capabilities for tackling complex sustainable development challenges.
The first hour and a half of the online session will be public, featuring a keynote presentation on UNDP’s Data Strategy, followed by a series of rapid presentations by select UNDP Accelerator Labs and QCRI researchers. The last half hour will be reserved for small group interactions between UNDP and QCRI teams.
