QUICK & EASY Cabbage With Prawns Stir Fry Recipe 👍 | shrimps | Aunty Mary Cooks 💕

Quick and easy cabbage with prawns stir fry recipe Aunty Mary Cooks.
Ingredients
1 big long Chinese cabbage, about 1 kg, cut into bite size pieces
1 knob ginger, slice thinly
1/2 bulb garlic, peel and chop
200g prawns (I use king prawns), ready peeled
3 green onions, cut into sections
Oil for frying
Seasoning Sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp salt
1&1/2 tsp corn starch
1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 C water
