      In this video we explained the cause of knee pain which is Patellofemoral syndrome. This happen because of lateral muscle tightness (abductors) and weakness of medial muscle (adductors). The person who are into sports like running or cycling may develop this issue..
      Focus on stretches of abductors and strengthening of adductors muscle.

      If you have this problem and pain in your knee then take rest for some day and focus on exercises to cure this issue. Once you get some relief then you can resume your game with slow intensity

      Agar inflammation hai and swelling hai to doctors medicine suggest karte hai. Par usme temporarily relief milega.. isase hamesha ke liye bachana hai to aapko exercises karne padenge . Phir aage bhi isase koi problem nahi hoga..
