Beautifully done Shinto. I used to visit your house during construction phase. Only workers used to be there. House has turned out to be very nice. Your neighbor Cyril & me are cuisines.👍
In most of the modern houses there will be 2 kitchen and one work area.
One used as show kitchen and other for daily cooking .
In Some houses cooking will be completely outside in different shed.

My husband and I have dealt with Texas builders and found it difficult to express practical functions and requirements needed in our home. Well I cannot blame them entirely . They are wired according to their book knowledge, environment , climatic conditions and culture. Kerala Architects amaze me with their practicality , aesthetic sense., sustainable living concepts and the ability to craft practical homes on any given piece of land. Shinto you have a magical touch in designing. God gifted talent. I have noticed one thing that you haven't used AC anywhere in common areas like formal living, family living, dining, kitchen etc. Am I right or it is hidden somewhere as part of your magical design ? If it is not used and you have plenty of cross ventilation from the design itself where air conditioner is not required, I salte you Sir.... Namichirikkunnu .....

I watched all the episodes Shinto, the dedication, passion and love for ur profession and for ur own home r conveyed in all ur videos. Excellent. But dont make this as the last episode. Pls consider atleast one more video about the open kitchen. And Whn you do a seperate video on kitchen, pls mention the merits and demerits of an open kitchen. Of course, an open kitchen is a modern trend these days, but any home wherever thr is an open kitchen, i could see a working kitchen too other than the work area. Is an open kitchen suitable for indian way of cooking ? Especially when we use an air-conditioner in formal living or dining area . Pls give us some advises on this regard. It will be useful for many those who r planning an open kitchen in their dream home.
