@@Kaju0051 I'm not a big fan of the belly flutter, more of an American thing and you can't layer it, but we cover plenty of core conditioning for belly rolls up and down, which should eventually help you with mastering the flutter!

A lot more nuances were apparent, especially the position of hands - when it's off, it's soo noticeable!. I highly recommend practicing where you can see yourself. It's one of those things that is trickier when dancing on your own. Too bad I live in another part of the world and can't visit miss Portia's studio😢
Thank you for sharing your story! Yes, when you first start belly dancing its helpful if you have a large mirror to check your posture and positioning while practicing. The more you practice, the stronger your muscle memory becomes, and eventually you'll feel the movements as second nature!
