Some Videos discuss how the cooling down of some problematic Foods will improve the Insulin Response to them so I was wondering if the Sorbitol Cycle has anything to do with them.
I tested positive for having Fructose intolerant genes, but apparently not triggered or have enough of them to have symptoms. I have had NASH liver disease though.
@SixOhFive I have a healthier liver than 20 years when I had NASH, but I stopped heavy abuse of corn syrups and High Fructose Corn Syrups. For about that long.
I find that apps and or websites with lists of low FODMAP foods, specifically high fructose foods, tend to disagree. I am aware of many foods that cause issues for me but where can I get more accurate information regarding high fructose foods to avoid? Thanks
Yeah, even when I ask ChatGPT I get conflicting results which itself acknowledges. For now cantaloupe seems to be the best thing for me. Also bananas that are just beginning to ripe. I guess we just have to test food going forward, since the data is so bad
Search Boston university HFI. It’s a very helpful website for this disorder. Avoid all fruits and some vegetables even some red potatoes contain fructose.
Jeez this is a very scary condition. Thank god for all of our molecular machinery we all take for granted everyday.
THANK YOU for this video.

Nice 👍
That was brilliantly understandable 😊
suddenly now my stomach hurts hours after eating strawberries and/or berries. Is this the case for a fructose metabolism disorder?
No
