Battlefield games are one of the games with the lowest aim support, almost non-existent. If you're thinking "let me aim, auto-aim will somehow aim at the guy's head", forget about it. You can also turn it off from the settings. Being on or off doesn't really make a difference, there's not that much. I think you've confused this game with Cod.

As a console player myself i hate Aim Assist. It really doesn’t help in tense moments when there’s a big group of people and your gun just suddenly drifts off target to follow one dude that you’re not even worried about. Especially when i’m Sniping. I fucking hate it
