Christ, that Tory Boy is obnoxious. But I have to admit his debating tactics are fascinating:
    1. Deny all inconvenient facts
    2. Belittle your opponents
    3. While accusing your opponents of belittling you
    4. Threaten to walk out because the guys with actual facts are “stifling debate”.
    5. Then pollute the debate with half truths, exaggerations and outright falsehoods.

Germany is in recession but we will be back once we have tackled our energy problems but the UK will remain outside the EU! What a desperate attempt!!!

Alex makes no sense to me. The facts are that people are poorer. Business costs are up. Job insecurity is up. And the hard facts keep coming. Thus far none have been good. Since 2016.
Talking down or indeed up the country is emotions at work. You can’t pay your utilities, mortgage or council tax with emotions. Get over your feelings and argue the case to turn the facts around.

Alex Deale is right, there are more jobs now but most new jobs are gig jobs.
No holiday pay, no pensions, no guaranteed hours no security.
    Rents up 30%.
A return of aliments such as malnutrition, rickets, and even scurvy.

Deane here talked about the car industry success, he didn’t mention that they are hugely subsidised by government and this means we the tax payers, you and I, are who is subsidising them because of Brexit.
Why do Brexiteers always interrupt and talk over everyone, even the interviewer here, obviously nice people to know, not.

Germany lost its gas supply when the pipeline from Russia was blown up.
It now has to buy fracked gas from America at $100million a tanker load.
If Britain lost its gas supply 2 years ago we would be starving now.

😂 The guy still defending Brexit but citing stuff that has nothing to do with Brexit is delusional. Even Nigel Farage himself has declared Brexit a failure. Every single poll shows that Brexit voters themselves now say it was a bad idea.

    • @guleiro

      Nonsense.
You are conveniently forgetting that the US has also lost a share of the global economy because the rest of the world has grown in the last 40 years.
In any case, Americans live to work and practically have no worker's rights.
Europeans do work but they also enjoy their lifes and they have loads of social protections.
