Bro I just passed my NCLEX so I’m officially a Registered Nurse and all I gotta say is you were a huge part of why I passed nursing school. Let me explain... I remember coming home one night after bombing an exam the week before my final. I was stressing out because I was going into my final with a failing grade. Any how, that night I binge watched every one of your study tips videos and I swear they helped me pass my final and every test thereafter. Now here I am a Nurse ready to start my new position at the hospital tomorrow! Gonna definitely apply this videos tips to my new career. Thank you my brotha! You are much appreciated! 😁🤙🏽
I was actually struggling with this for a long time and here is my solution to the problem: I have a list of things I have or want to do daily (often), weekly, monthly or infrequently. And every evening I plan 3 - 6 of these activities for the next day. The planning takes 2 minutes, I do it on my phone before sleep. Also, I have rated each activity as Cognitively, Physically or Socially exhausting and I try not to have more than 2 of the same type for the next day. This system works for me well. I use it to plan my free time (or rather not-job time). Recently I also added routines. E.g. whenever I am leaving my computer, I bring the place to its original state (basically clean the place), or morning/evening routine. These help me build some automatisms in my life and sort of works like your ifs - if I do this, then I do that, then I do that, than the routine is done...
Thank you. It's not that I wasn't disciplined, but more that I wasn't brought up with healthy routines. Now that I'm 23, I have a difficult time knowing what to do when I wake up at 5am. I don't have the fundamental habits to get momentum going. Thank you, again. I needed this.
This is kind of embarrassing of me but I have very unhealthy habits and things I'm not willing to do because of laziness and I'm 14. I was brought up in a less then happy household and never learned basic things. So, now, who I'm living with is shaming me for not showering regurally and forgetting to brush my teeth, etc. Simple things like that, eating habits, other hygiene stuff, etc. It is so embarrasing but I'm working on it and it's hard because I wasn't brought up (even though I'm still a kid) to do these things. I just felt like sharing this with someone else that has or had similar issues.
Alina Titov I hear you. I’m quite older now but I had to go through a few phases of newfound motivation. For me it was unfortunately things like loss of a loved one (times two) and subsequent phases wearing black everyday for years. And that created a sort of a new / old goth mystique that, along with falling in love and having a good job @ a French restaurant, I was motivated towards healthy self-care. I wish you all the best, early bad starts sux, I know. Take good care of yourself.
I've been waking up at 4:30 consistently for the past month and doing 100 push ups everyday, I'm getting more out of life with this simple habit (not easy, just simple.)
Mars that's brilliant. Waking up early gives you a head start and time in the morning, whereas early exercise gives a dopamine boost to get you in the right mindset to have the best day
I stopped smoking 4 days ago, and whenever I reached out for my pocket to grab a cigarette I have to do 5 pushups.. had to do atleast 70 the first day 😁 Its been more than 2 months, still going strong. Not reaching out anymore but still doing 60 push-ups a day
I'd suggest resolving to do only one push-up every time, say, for a week. Perhaps up the number of triggers, not push-ups per se. It'll feel ridiculous, but it's super easy to do BEFORE you fall asleep on the ground. And when you eventually increase the number, don't go straight to 50, as that'll bring you back to square one, in terms of mental resistance. Just do tiny gradual increases. I realized that the "all-or-nothing" mentality was a driving factor in my procrastination problem when I would look back at a wasted day *coughweekcough* and realize that, if I had spent only a small ridiculous amount of time per day I would STILL have been in a better position moving forward. Yet my perfectionism/pride was stopping me from doing these "too small" and "meaningless" efforts that would have opened the door for further improvement down the line, because I had this stupid notion that I HAD to do productive work in 4 hour blocks at a time, and without any gradual build-up. Just a personal observation.
Precommitment works best for me. My partner programmed a "game" where we each set up one goal for ourselves for every row (a total of 10 rows or so for now) and each time we both complete our goal in a specific row, it unlocks a date. And then we go on that date as a celebration \o/ I love it because it combines growing as an individual with growing as a couple and it feels very meaningful.
I really enjoy watching your videos. I sometimes click the like button even before I start the watching. You always keep me motivated and updated. So, thank you for your incredible work. Keep it up.
You are not going to like what I'm about to say, but your judgement is too biased if you click the like button even before watching the video fully and evaluating it properly.
Kristina M. If you think clicking the like button before watching the video and evaluating it is just biased, that button will be just for the effort he does and the motivation and support he deserves. I think it is not a matter of whether the video is good or not. If the video needs evaluation or clearing some points, it has to be here in the comments section.
Actually that quote is Will Durant’s words in a discussion of Aristotle. “Excellence is an art won by training and habituation: we not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather have these because we have acted rightly; these virtues are formed in man by doing his actions; we are we repeatedly do. This video is reminded me that I need a lot of studying. My goal this school year is to get 95+ grades. Wish me luck. (Here in my country, school starts on June)
Thomas, you inspired me to buy a pull-up bar for my room today. I always thought, my door frame is too weak, can't do it. But I gave it a second thought. Bought the thing. It's solid. Thank you for the suggestion. Will be doing pull-ups daily, no doubt.

Please if you ever get the idea of giving up remember that your work as reach all over the world and is helping students like me! kisses, one of your fans.
Yep, need to work on this. The other thing that has been super helpful for me is changing my attitude from 'its too hard or takes too much time', to 'this only take a few extra second' it something similar.
Love this. Your routines define who you are!! If you build good habits, you will find it much easier to reach success in life

oh my, you're a genius. I'm having bad laziness/procrastination problems all my life and I haven't taken action on it until just recently. I'll try your strategy. If it works, I'll subscribe.
I saw the notification while driving, so whenever i stopped because the light turned red i just continued watching the video. It took me 50 minutes to read it! Love your content bro and you've actually got me thinking of making my own channel which focuses on studying.
The biggest thing for me was definitely laziness. Once we get in a consistent flow, our habits come naturally to us, and even if were feeling lazy. Definintely going to use these tips! 😁
I discovered your channel about 3 days ago and I can't stop watching your videos. I already took your free course and I'm reading your book. I love all the pop culture references and the nerd/geek comments you make! Keep it up man! Greetings from Argentina!
Aristotle was explaining how excellence “τελειότητα" was gained and he said that it was gained by repetitive actions (habits). He didn’t say tho that excellence was a habit but he said that excellence was not a condition but an action. “Η αρετή ού εστι καταστασις, αλλά ενέργεια“.
These are techniques that certainly make habit change easier. I’ve always been a night owl and now I get up at 5 every morning including weekends, and I was able to do that by using an alarm that makes me take a picture of my bathroom sink (and also over a year of dedication - minor technicality). In my experience, you still need to have a strong why - and the strongest why comes from pain. Change is painful, and the sure way to bring that change about is when not changing becomes more painful than changing. For example I’ve been trying to meditate for years and I keep falling in and out of the habit. As much as I’d like to do it, i don’t have a strong emotional attachment to the habit. On the other hand, I tried to exercise regularly and similarly fell in and out of the habit until I got so sick of letting myself down all the time that showing up at the gym became a necessity. Now I exercise 6 times a week.
I was just about to give up on my daily reading habits and suddenly a notification about this video showed up. What a great timing uploading this video, Thomas Frank!
How do you do this!? Every time I am in need of advice on life things, you come out with a video with the advice that I need. You must be reading my mind, or watching me...
I am glad to see this video! A while ago, I emailed Thomas about a sponsorship for my product called RITME. It does this same conditional logic idea. The idea of the app is to push you into leaving an environment that invites distraction and entering another one with a clear focus. It does this by pairing times to a time. This episode would have been the perfect one for me to sponsor, and I'm glad it's out there now! I hope I can sponsor the next one!
This is good advice! It's important to find methods that work for you to encourage your good habits. The If-Then technique is a great idea; for me I think about how I want to be able to describe myself to others. Am I the type of person who goes to the gym? Well I have only been once this week, so not really, I should go today instead of watching another episode. Recently I'll want to quit early, like stopping at 7.5 of my 10k but I'll remember, I've been telling people I do a 10k every other day, if you quit now you'll make a liar of yourself. And so I push through. But whatever works for you! Just remember, no matter how slow you're going, you're still going faster than the guy who's sitting on the couch.
Habit building/ discipline is so hard! I'm in grad school and your videos have helped me so much! (I'm a huge fan of the pomodoro method!) Now I need to work harder to build both physical and mental health habits!
LorvicMeow pomodoro is helpful, kind of like the psychological hiit workout. The key is discipline and working it into routines (or rituals if you like Tony Robbins). Also, to discipline yourself try to do something that keeps your end goal/vision in mind. Vision is fundamental to success
This video was exactly what I searched for. I wanted to do something about my laziness to form habits. Then you brought up Magic. So I paused to write this comment. So congrats on a new subscriber.
I find it really cool how you include sponsorships that are relevant to the content that we are watching. Also, it's not the really common ones you see everywhere so we can discover new platforms for self-improvement.
One huge thing here is to actually commit to doing the thing. One of my biggest problems with laziness is that the thing that I 'ought' to be doing is something that I'm totally uncommitted to be doing on a psychological level. I am basically caught between not at all being passionate about this career path, and on the other hand not at all wanting to face any alternative path in life either (since I can't imagine being even interested in anything ells). So I'm basically stuck between somewhat interested and utter disinterest. How to then commit to doing the things that I need to do for the career path that I'm only moderatly interested in?
or find a trigger for your bad habits that you want to change, like biting your nails. Whenever you noticed the trigger, do something that you want to create as a habit. Credit for The Power Of Habits to propose this way of dumping bad habits and creating new ones
Right now, every morning I do a Routine. I have breakfast, then I read a chapter of my current book(the Maze Runner) and then I do workout💪🏻. I’m going to do it right now. If it wasn’t because of you I wouldn’t have started. Hello from Spain
Thanks for this video. I have recently decided to make concerted efforts into bettering myself as a persoon and this with help dramatically. Looking forward to moore videos (and behind at the ones I missed).
Awesome piece of advice! For me, the biggest thing I have motivation for is practicing piano. I'm 21 and I've half-assed this established passion of mine for the past 7 years... but lately I've been doing great because I stopped thinking of practicing in terms of "now I have to practice" and instead like "I want to practice now, once I get into it I'll feel great, and I'm chasing my dream of performing in front of hundreds of people" With your advice, I'm gonna put my phone alarm behind my piano in a way that I'll already be seated on the bench while I disable the alarm! :D
The if-then solutions really helped me with my studying, I just created one massive chain reaction. At 7:15 my alarm went off to study Chinese, and the app was on my phone so it was easy to just tap on and do it. However, I also keep a book of Chinese characters and I speak out loud to practice so I would go to my room for privacy and my books. When I was done, I was already in my room and at my desk so I would do the rest of my homework after that. Once my homework was done, my keyboard was directly next to me, so I would just set it on my desk to rehearse.
I came here looking for advice because I have become more and more lazy since the pandemic. I did not expect you to use MTG as a way of explaining it, which made it super relatable for me because I play Commander quite regulary. Great video and thanks for the motivation!
Pairing habits has always worked well for me, as long as I make the plan and decision to do so. Like, I made a rule that before I eat I need to do a quick workout, which worked two-fold because I then started using the downtime of preparing food to get a workout in, rather than snacking/grazing. Thanks for this video.
I just wanted to thank you because you manage to present important topics in a way that gamers/nerds/whoever can understand it and stays interested for the whole video.
Dude, that was the most awesome idea that I've ever heard of. Really! Now everytime that I go to my computer I have to do 5 push-ups in the mattress! (I'm trying to get really good at this) And I started putting the books that I have to start reading in random places in my home, to give me motivation to finish my current reading books. Thank you a lot Thomas!
Thomas, how do you stop procrastinating? I'm starting high school and I need to get my sh*t together. The last year or two I've been doing all my homework in the morning and getting little sleep.
How detailed of an answer to you want? The short version: Decide on one important task, clear your work area, use the pomodoro technique, and get an accountability partner or set consequences if needed. Long version: th-cam.com/video/V0neHmyws3I/w-d-xo.html
Years ago I bought and installed a pull up bar, but couldn't build the habit on using it. Also, I am a Muslim and my prayer requires me to set on the ground, so I thought of applying the (If Then method) to do few push ups after eash prayer (five times a day), but I also failed at building the Habbit. But there are few other habits I succeeded at, so these ones gives me a little hope. Even though I had my own trials, wins, & failulurs, Its encouraging and beneficial to see this video, so I thank you for that. Salam
i`m in love of your comparation between HABITS and PROGRAMATION, beacouse is´nt the cliché about that the mind is our enemy and we should fight with weself and reprogram our minds with cheap-false-positive psicology that in the practice, is an complety failure. Thank you for your work, and sorry for my english :)

Today is my first time actually watching Thomas’s video for the first time after seeing him on Matt davela Channel. And I apologize if I spelled Matt‘s last name wrong, but this video has really gave me some insight on how to be more productive when it comes to not just working on my TH-cam channel but growing as an individual as well. It all boils down to having real genuine and honest self discipline and ability to be accountable when you make mistakes. Great video Thomas appreciate it!
Omg I'm the 50s viewer. Love this type of videos "The motivating series" ♥♥♥ Update: omg my comment got a like from Thomas Frank ! And another like and a comment !!
As per Stephen Covey , Habits are patterns of behavior that involve three overlapping components: knowledge(what to or why to), desire(want to) , and skill (how to). .. if you fulfill these three, habits can easily fall into place.,. but then again, easier said than done!
I like the idea of setting up reminders because it really is hard to remember something new sometimes. I like doing hard or long task for 15min at a time. I break things up and choose what to do during a extremely focused 15min intervals. That way when the villain (Ms. Suella) part of my brain try's to keep me from getting things done, I say it's just 15min. You can do 15min, no problem. If 15 is too much try 5 minutes. 15 minutes is my magic number and it's amazing how much you can do if you're completely focused.
OMG this is SO SO easy and fun way. I am totally making word to open itself when I open my laptop so I can complete my book that I have started for like 8 months :/ Thank you Thomas!!
You're supposed to be doing what you are supposed to do but you're on TH-cam or on the couch or bed with your smartphone. That's being lazy seeking advice on how to stop being lazy.
One thing that helps is to think about what you want. What is it that you want to accomplish? Keep thinking about that thing. Keep thinking about it. The more you think about it the more your desire for it will build, until your desire becomes a burning desire that compels you to take action and overwhelms your desire to be lazy.
Not if you implement the advice and take action. First thoughts, then action. Repetitive, persistent, goal-oriented action equal habits, however thoughts and a plan always come first so the videos can assist in that. However, all videos and no action is procrastination!!! Lol!!!
Great video. I think I'm going to try this to wake up earlier... Put my phone in the bathroom so when I have to turn off my alarm, I have to go in the bathroom, and while I'm there, splash myself with cold water and drink a little bit of the tap water to wake up a little. Then while I feel more awake, hurry up downstairs to make coffee to get my mind alert and ready for the rest of the day.
Dude, you're just awesome! I'm now reading The Power of Habit, from Duhigg. Even reading I still have some doubts about how to apply that in my life, and you made it easy right when I needed! Thanks for your work on sharing your knowledge Thomas!
I use an app called "Habits". Just put some habits you want to develop and set a reminder so you never forget. I just started with "Make your bed every morning" then added "Do 5 pushups" then I increased it to 10, 15 every week and added another habit, so on.
Try reading outside, or in a public place like a coffee shop or a library! Above all, don't read in a big comfy recliner or anything like that. I always get sleepy if I try to read on a chair that's too comfortable.
Siwaphat Boonbangyang where are you reading? Your environment is key. Also try using alternative ways in reading, such as reading in shorter, but more intense bursts
Siwaphat Boonbangyang I have to have some kind of background noise while reading. Have something on tv that’s not going to distract you, or what I prefer to do is listen to instrumental music. Pick something that isn’t too loud and distracting, but also don’t choose something that will put you to sleep. This helps me stay focused and create a zone where I can read while being able to stay stimulated enough to not fall asleep.
Wow, Thomas... this video spoke to me on SO many levels. You hit all my nerd buttons and even mentioned pretty much every habit I’m trying to form, including taking care of my plants and writing the next Harry Potter level novel. And now, time for elevensies while I watch this again.
I've been watching you from the beginning and I'm totally stoked to see how much your videos are getting better and better. Each one surprises me that much more. What an inspiration :)

Please if you ever get the idea of giving up remember that your work as reach all over the world and is helping students like me!
kisses, one of your fans.
I love this. I definitely find that productivity works best when I harness my laziness for good instead of trying to just completely power through it.
*What to Do When You're Too Lazy to Stick to Your Habits*
Me: Cry?
I was too lazy to watch the whole video
Your voice and handle of the English language are simply perfect..
I was just about to give up on my daily reading habits and suddenly a notification about this video showed up. What a great timing uploading this video, Thomas Frank!
No giving up!
C/ A learn, read and expand your mind. It's benefits are astonishing
This is the first video I've seen of yours but I can tell that you and charisma on command are my two favorite channels like this.
How do you do this!? Every time I am in need of advice on life things, you come out with a video with the advice that I need. You must be reading my mind, or watching me...
Jacob Morales it's TH-cam that read your mind. And it show you what you need. 😜
Jonathan Correa Paiva nah i wpuld say "attraction of spmething" like when you want to buy a new car so bad that you see it almost everywhere you look
The universe sends it to you
I am glad to see this video!
I would love to see a video that addresses trying to build and stick to habits while having to work with health problems or disabilities,
Habit building/ discipline is so hard!
What are you studying?

This video was exactly what I searched for. I wanted to do something about my laziness to form habits. Then you brought up Magic. So I paused to write this comment. So congrats on a new subscriber.
It's 1:58 am

Honestly my memeory is so bad from my sleep skedual I don't even remeber watching this video.
@@supercomputer0448 Honestly same here man xD
Every time I think I could not hold you in an higher esteem, you suprise me with your taste and insight. Please keep producing this good content.
It’s amazing how your videos come at the right time... great content!
Clear sensible approach to bettering oneself and magic player, you sir have a new sub.
or find a trigger for your bad habits that you want to change, like biting your nails. Whenever you noticed the trigger, do something that you want to create as a habit.
Credit for The Power Of Habits to propose this way of dumping bad habits and creating new ones
got the book from Thomas Frank!
Wei Nick Chan excellent idea, change negatives to positive
Right now, every morning I do a Routine. I have breakfast, then I read a chapter of my current book(the Maze Runner) and then I do workout💪🏻. I’m going to do it right now.
If it wasn’t because of you I wouldn’t have started.
Hello from Spain
Thanks for this video. I have recently decided to make concerted efforts into bettering myself as a persoon and this with help dramatically. Looking forward to moore videos (and behind at the ones I missed).
Awesome piece of advice! For me, the biggest thing I have motivation for is practicing piano. I'm 21 and I've half-assed this established passion of mine for the past 7 years... but lately I've been doing great because I stopped thinking of practicing in terms of "now I have to practice" and instead like "I want to practice now, once I get into it I'll feel great, and I'm chasing my dream of performing in front of hundreds of people"
With your advice, I'm gonna put my phone alarm behind my piano in a way that I'll already be seated on the bench while I disable the alarm! :D
What a brilliant quote by Aristotle. Back then he had figured out the significance of habits.
Love your videos! Best motivator ever!
I graduated 2 years ago, but your studying and lifestyle content is still useful. New suscriber here :)
Nice vid, really needed this!!!
I came here looking for advice because I have become more and more lazy since the pandemic. I did not expect you to use MTG as a way of explaining it, which made it super relatable for me because I play Commander quite regulary.
Great video and thanks for the motivation!
"...take care of a plant everyday"
*SHOW BULBASAUR* hahahahahaah :D
Pairing habits has always worked well for me, as long as I make the plan and decision to do so. Like, I made a rule that before I eat I need to do a quick workout, which worked two-fold because I then started using the downtime of preparing food to get a workout in, rather than snacking/grazing. Thanks for this video.
How else do you utilize habits to help you? :)
Way to go on the computational logic. It does indeed work for the likes of me.
Shadan Zahrooni lol same here, my background is in development
I just discovered this channel yesterday,, and I can't stop watching , best Channel on YT
Hey Bro ... awesome presentation skills ... I would say ... deep work ,.,
I just wanted to thank you because you manage to present important topics in a way that gamers/nerds/whoever can understand it and stays interested for the whole video.
Your videos keep me in check. Thank you.
Dude, that was the most awesome idea that I've ever heard of. Really! Now everytime that I go to my computer I have to do 5 push-ups in the mattress! (I'm trying to get really good at this)
And I started putting the books that I have to start reading in random places in my home, to give me motivation to finish my current reading books.
Thomas Frank thanks!
I moved in with my gran for a month lol.
Salam
I love the use of MTG in the video, amazing game, amazing video
Agreed. Was so amazed :3
Even better is Netrunner at 1:28!
i`m in love of your comparation between HABITS and PROGRAMATION, beacouse is´nt the cliché about that the mind is our enemy and we should fight with weself and reprogram our minds with cheap-false-positive psicology that in the practice, is an complety failure. Thank you for your work, and sorry for my english :)
I Needed this ❤✳ thanks thomy. Love from algeria💚💚

Your channel is the most useful productivity channel.
I like YUGIOH cards better, but this is actually a very good way to describe the concept!
Good Work and greetings from Germany
As soon as you used MTG as an analogy I fell in love with this channel. And I don’t even play.
Ah yes, programmer logic. That'll do for me :)
oh god before watching the video i'm reading this comment xDS (programmer to (sort of exactly, learning obj-c))
does always being a programmer come with being arrogant? i swear i've never met a programmer without that "humble bragging" attitude involved.
xenophanes that not being arrogant ... its just being NERD af
Aww... Programming is not hard. Programming logic is not hard. But there I will let a clue of how smart you are for not being able to understand programming logic. :)
xenophanes ikr, but try it for yourself: its Impossible to be actually Humble about programming in a comment...
It Always seems cocky.
But you're right, it should be possible to Just leave those Statements out of the comment section... Might be a better place :)
Love this type of videos "The motivating series" ♥♥♥
Update: omg my comment got a like from Thomas Frank ! And another like and a comment !!
And I am Ahmed , nice to meet you both hahahahaha🐸
Lol, u seem excited
As per Stephen Covey , Habits are patterns of behavior that involve three overlapping components: knowledge(what to or why to), desire(want to) , and skill (how to). .. if you fulfill these three, habits can easily fall into place.,. but then again, easier said than done!
The more you do the easiest it is
Air Elegant easier*
AJ yea just realized having grammar mistake
Thanks for correcting
Air Elegant You're welcome!
That was a decent dialogue
no it isn't.
He opened the game and in my mind things went 0 to 100 and got confusing lol
yup, that made it worse for me as well lol
why? cause u lke the game
OMG this is SO SO easy and fun way. I am totally making word to open itself when I open my laptop so I can complete my book that I have started for like 8 months :/
Thank you Thomas!!
Lol!!!
I'm actually doing this now
Lazinception
I'm not allowed to be not lazy here.
It hurt when he only had one equals sign in that if statement
Dude, you're just awesome! I'm now reading The Power of Habit, from Duhigg. Even reading I still have some doubts about how to apply that in my life, and you made it easy right when I needed!
Thanks for your work on sharing your knowledge Thomas!
Nice CGP grey reference 😉😂
First vid but .... HOW are you such a geek/nerd (which is it?) AND a motivational influencer!?!?!?
Kudos
Thanks, I needed this right now. Hopefully I won't fail at applying these tips
This makes so much sense... you create a trigger to good habits, while slowly weakening trigger for bad habits.
Will definetly try for studying :D
Did this dude just legit just teached magic the gathering to me?
This maybe the first time I've liked a youtube video when prompted. That was really creative dude
I use an app called "Habits". Just put some habits you want to develop and set a reminder so you never forget. I just started with "Make your bed every morning" then added "Do 5 pushups" then I increased it to 10, 15 every week and added another habit, so on.
Is the app just called "habits" I see an app called "habits" by louis franco but it doesn't have any reviews.
His voice makes him a good narrator. But his face and personality make him a good presenter too.
Oh my yes
I'm practicing to reading in English.
But I often get sleepy when reading.
Do you have some trick to resolve this problem.
Read something that interests and exites you!
I get a lot of good advice.
Many thanks guys.
Wow, Thomas... this video spoke to me on SO many levels. You hit all my nerd buttons and even mentioned pretty much every habit I’m trying to form, including taking care of my plants and writing the next Harry Potter level novel. And now, time for elevensies while I watch this again.
The if and then is not the problem. The else is the enemy :D
#engineersWillGetTheJoke
This is one of the most useful videos I've ever watched on this topic! Thanks so much!
Nice video! I'll watch it later... 😂
Olga S-Cruz ikr I do this all time
Me basically.
My dream team. 😂 (the commenter and the replies. 😂). I always add videos to "watch later" and then forget about them. 😂
I've been watching you from the beginning and I'm totally stoked to see how much your videos are getting better and better. Each one surprises me that much more. What an inspiration :)
If you want to be lazy then work first a hour or two :)
that won't work. atleast work less than 25 mins or less if you feel lazy for you to have that momentum at anything.
You don’t know how much I needed this
