The ingredients (20cm)
◼ 3 eggs
◼ 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
◼ 90g of sugar
◼ 80 ml of oil
◼ 100 ml of milk
◼ 180g of flour
◼ 10g of baking powder
■ 1 apple
Cook for 35-40 minutes at 175C

@@maryharding4971 Hello Mary, Actually there is a site the makes almost the same cake and they Make a Lemon Curd Crema and put that on top and bake the cake and it looks practically the same as this site makes, but I don’t like what this person does, by intriguing their viewers and then keeping some of the recipe from their viewers…..it really is unfair….They wrote me back saying they liked my comment…..We should not watch these sites that are deceiving their viewers…..

Yes! Quite right, NOT 2 minutes, and I thought too it was left over cake. They wrote custard, so was it curd or custard, either would be nice. I do one very similar. When almost cooked I brush with melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. The best 👍

This a recipe for success. It’s been more than 25 years that I’ve been baking this cake. It has always come fluffy and moist.
I just have a simple question: is there any reason you do not use an electric mixer? I use it all the time for any kind of recipe that requires mixing and haven’t noticed any difference between using a hand mixer and an electric one. Except for the time, of course.

La receta aparece en el vídeo. Tienes que darle dónde dice más y después le das nuevamente dónde dice más. Lo que lleva es huevo, aceite, leche, vainilla, harina, levadura en polvo, azúcar, una manzana picada para adornar la parte de arriba. Se hornea después.
Total y absoluta desonestidad... Nunca dice que ingrediente añade entre la masa y la manzana.. ¿como seguir a alguien así?...
