I own both the 143 and 147 and have switched the straps. Trust me, the 147 looks better on the bracelet and the 143 looks better on the black silicone strap. I also own the 213.....Yes I do really like the 62mas design!
I absolutely love that dial. If I wasn't waiting for a big purchase for a milestone birthday later this year, I probably would have picked one up already. I have had the SPB143 on wrist, and was super impressed. I liked it better than the new and old MM200 (but the new one is pretty nice), the MM300, SPB151, and Sumo. I own a King Turtle, but would happily upgrade to this series. Do they make a darker blue version of that rubber strap on the SPB147? I think that might look nice.

The dial on this one is some next level cool. I think at this price though Seiko need to make some improvements to their bracelets they aren't terrible but..... I recently found myself torn between the spb147 & a squale 1521 I guess you've seen who won that contest on Instagram. 😊 Superb visuals as always man.👍👍
Some of their bracelets seem to be getting better but this one wasn't one of those. Better but needs some fine tuning. Great watch otherwise. Really liking your new addition to the collection. 1250$ lol. Pretty expensive for a pretty dial.... The bezel on my Samurai is so stiff I can fix the misalignment problem... The crown wants to cross thread and is gritty to say the least... My first and only and last seiko.... Do you want to buy it? It's for sale... Going to get myself a nice Citizen..... My buddy has a grand seiko and the bezel doesn't line up.... Too bad they have some nice designs.
All this money for a seiko? Really? It is just a seiko,misakigned,bracelet so so, design very banal....seiko style .. for this money ? Never.. i hate seiko

I went and ordered the SPB147 strap just for this watch. I’m more of a bracelet kind of guy but the rubber strap just looks so perfect with this one
