Thanks for the video, I love mine, I am under no illusion that I will never have to vacuum/sweep/mop again, but having two black spaniels it makes my life so much easier, I do a good clean once a week instead of every day. Yes, there are more expensive ones out there but for the price I paid, I am more than happy :)

Mine is about 1.5 yrs old and used in 1 room about once week. Now it just goes up 2”, back that 2”, rotates and the same over and over. Wasn’t a great device but do miss it.

I’ve had this and gave it to a relative. It gets confused easily of where it’s been. Only good for simple hard floors this one or random mode on carpets. You have to use remote for random as that button isn’t in the app. One good things it does is mop and vac at the same time.

    First the pros:
    - vacuums - where it vacuums, it is fine
    - mops - where it mops, it runs over with a cloth and that's even ok
    Now the downsides:
    - The robot's software is primitive, the robot bounces off everything trying to map the environment with these reflections. Lack of laser scanning the room makes the robot move without any order and composition, creating a completely useless map and driving randomly, because the map is wrong every time.
    - The robot can drain the entire battery in 20m2 because it keeps driving in the same places, as if it doesn't remember that it was already there. This is again a flaw in the way the map is created. At the end it is like some places are cleaned several times, and in some places the robot has not been even once.
    - Sometimes the robot does not recognize the type of container. It happened to me more than once that after inserting the mop container, the app screamed to insert the mop container. Pulling it out and putting it in usually helps.
    - Sometimes it can't leave a space and you have to rearrange it manually, which completely demolishes its map of the room.

Hello, I recently bought this vacuum cleaner and I have a problem with turning on the map in this application, can I ask you how did you do it?

This thing is an absoulte turd of a device. Ours just wanders around the same 1/4 of the living room for 40 minutes , not even aware the other 3/4 of it exists, until it needs to recharge (every 45 mins). It will then run over the same 1/4 of the living room and cannot seem to map out the rest of the room. The product support is, well, not there. There is no information on some of the features (particularly how it maps), the app is not particularly good either. If you move it to another room it seems to get confused with the map it had from the previous room. There is no way to reset the map. Basically you're paying £200 for a device that you will be paying to recharge every 45 mins to hoover a corner spot of carpet that would take you about 50 seconds to do with a normal vacuum. Just another example of poor tech over hyped/marketed and just underdelivers. Awful
