It's a business thing between Johnny and Sega concerning the last few decades of games and music royalties potentially left unsent to the proper parties. As a musician myself, I can absolutely understand why Johnny's taking action in the way he is. Sega is made up of a ton of good people and their talents, and Johnny's no exception. :) There's no underlying malice; I assure you.
