Apart from Phrakanong or On-Nut station, i reccommend you to rent the condo at Taopoon or Bangpho station, both stations are MRT blue line that next from Bungsue Station and also near the Bang-Sue Grand station that will open on coming years. The cost for renting approx. 10,000-15,000 b that you will find a comfortable room and many facilities are available for u free (such as gym, swimingpool, suana) and u can go work or shopping at sukhumvit road, rutchada road that no need to change the train

I live in the nearby W District near the Phra Khanong BTS station. This is a newly developed area. Very quiet. Near Habito mall. It is a short walk to a great street food area and traditional Thai fresh market. There is an organic farm right around the corner from here. There prices here are typical for new condos in this area. My only complaint is that it is not particularly convenient to the BTS. Walkable but still a little far.
That represents very good value for money Mickey please thank Pat for a great tour the apartments were exceptional I really liked the decor / theme the shared spaces were fantastic I would never want to live in Bangkok I think but if I did ever change my Mindset on that this place would be on my list of places to stay 👍 big thumbs up from me 👍

What struck me was how quiet it was from outside which is good. For future tours let people know how far BST and MRT is from condo. This also determines the price for condo. How much was the monthly service charge? You need to add that in as well. Also the monthly cost depends on the length of contract ie. 6 or 12 months would be cheaper than 1 month etc. Keep it up!
Yeah i forgot to mention about BTS and shuttle service for residents. There is no monthly service charge, the maintenance fee is being paid by the owner of unit. Usually agents and owners sign 12 months contract only, and 6 months contracts are extremely rare. 1 months contract are just unique unless it's service apartment building.

Appreciate the effort for the content. Prices are abit steeper compared to some I have seen, but also the condos shown here are more modern, bigger in space and have better furnishing / facilities too.
This price is good, even if it is On Nut. But if you take the BTS a few stops downtown you will see the prices for similar condos increase a lot more. Besides On Nut is an area with lots of development right now.
Really enjoyed this condo tour. One of the better condos I have seen for the price. I will definitely consider contacting this agent when I return to BKK later this year. Would love to see some more condo reviews. Thanks again Micky!

Me famous? Lol of course not. Monetization on this level covers only a part of expenses, and comparing to the time, efforts, energy and resources - it's just nothing. I have extremely humble way of living (cheap apartment, reasonable nutrition) and all i get - i spend for new trips and production of new video adventures. Luckily there are kind people who support new episodes too. Hopefully one day i will reach 100-200k subscribers with regular sponsorship opportunities, so that i could finally breathe out and be more creative.

Places around this area are affordable who are looking for a great location for short stay. Great area for those that are on a budget and ok with a motel feel.
Really impressive facilities at this condo and exactly why it’s not a good idea to buy there. There is always something nicer and better to move onto. A five year old condo would depreciate in price and look very average compared to this

My fav city in the world been so many times, it’s as expensive as you want to make it, is it as cheap as four yrs ago? No it’s gone up 20% and the Thai baht is so strong it makes the uk £ worth about 16% less than four yrs ago a 36% increase in four yrs is a lot but for a major city it’s still a bargain, in all honesty it’s been about 60% less than it should have been for as long as time began
very much cheaper than the cost of living or renting in India. The cost of renting is like 10 months of deposit which is crazy and there is rarely any facility available

I knew a condo that nice, that reasonably priced had to have a catch. I would live there in a heart beat if I didn't need to book a flight every time I wanted to use the BTS. It's further out than the Base Condo!

This is a brand new condo, and there are places with lower rates in Bangkok.. but also places with higher rates too. All depends on the location and facilities

Is it possible to find a good place for about 9000 -11000 bath/month? Are there cheaper but still nice areas? What about the area where you live? The place in this building is very nice but not so charming.
Hi Lars, yeah there are cheaper places to stay and you can find a good apartment for this budget (just it will be not in the city center). Personally i don't live in city center myself, but like i said the beginning of the video - this area is very popular for foreigners, (plus this condo has got great facilities and it's brand new) however it doesn't mean that everywhere prices are the same.

Thank you for this informative video. I plan to stay in Thailand for a year or two in the future. Could you please do another video with cheaper places to stay? Is it possible to find a good place for about 9000 -11000 bath/month? Are there cheaper but still nice areas? What about the area where you live? The place in this building is very nice but not so charming.
Hi Lars, yeah there are cheaper places to stay and you can find a good apartment for this budget (just it will be not in the city center).
Personally i don't live in city center myself, but like i said the beginning of the video - this area is very popular for foreigners, (plus this condo has got great facilities and it's brand new) however it doesn't mean that everywhere prices are the same.
