Thailand is heavily tourism based and it’s really touching to actually see the vendors are treating you so warmly by giving free food especially during this pandemic times where everyone is struggling to make end meets. I really can’t wait for the whole world to heal and we all could travel freely soon... Definitely wanted to visit Bangkok after travel restrictions lifted

This is a Thai habit that is not fake, even if you don't have money, you will not have a chance to starve to death if you talk to them well. Without you having to spend some money to buy it sometimes. I'm admire to them for making excellent with you. 😊

Also, the snack you didn't get the name called Kanom Buang Yuan (Vietnamese stuffed thin pancake) which is based on real Vietnamese snack named Bánh Xèo. And that super-sour fruit is bilimbi, good when added to spicy salad or chilli dip, not so much when eating it alone. 😅
