Thank you Bill! A great way to start Friday. Tommy is so talented, love what he’s doing. He’s 36 and I get a kick out of thinking about him at age 22 and being the National Karaoke Champion of Sweden. An amazing musician! His cover of Bohemian Rhapsody is really good!

Tommy is amazing and does a remarkable job on the cover to this song. His talent just blows me away. I know Majestica has just started on a new album so it will be a while before we see it, but I am very eager for it. Majestica's bassist, Chris David, is also extremely talented and is currently on tour as the bassist for Therion. With two such talented musicians, the new album ought to be a banger.

Tommy is a fantastic singer and musician. Now Tommy is no longer in Sabaton, etc. Yesterday, Thursday 18/4-24, he and a band member in Majstetica announced that they have entered the studio to record a new album.

Tommy was impressive on this! I've always been fascinated by this song, especially by its musical structure. I was in high school when this song came out I remember that and we were all trying to figure out who or what Scaramouche, Bishmillah and Beelzebub were, LOL! It required a trip to the library.
First, with the original video that blew us away when it came out to Wayne's World which was hilarious and now this! Tommy really is such a talent. I put him up there with Ren, Arjen Lucassen, and Mike Mills. Brilliant! Now I'm off to look up bishmillah!

No one can outdo Freddie on this song, but Tommy's cover is the best I've heard, amazing cover. As for favourite queen song (except this one, of course), I'd go with Hammer to Fall. Hope you will check out Tommy's latest cover, Texas Hold 'Em by Beyonce, the video is just brilliant 😂

What a great cover to this classic Queen song. Fat-bottom Girls is one of my favorite Queen songs too, but there are so many others I love, like Tie Your Mother Down, Somebody to Love etc. It's hard to pick just one.
Yeah, really hard to pick one and they have so many songs in so many styles and genres. Killer Queen is another one just popped into my mind!

I believe it was a new guitar he had customized for this cover. He specifically added those gold details to it bc he wanted it purple and gold. He was showing it off for fans, saying it was for a special project in a fanvideo. Not telling us then that it was for this song.

Tommy J and Marc Martel are my two favourite male singers. Marc of course, does all things Queen (he did the vocals for the BoRap movie, fronted Queen Extravaganze for about 6 years - hired by Roger Taylor, now has his own tribute band), so of course, also does this song. Both guys do other covers as well as their own music. Both guys multi-instrumentalists. Both extremely talented. And lucky for us, both have extensive TH-cam libraries. Love both versions. Cheers!

@@BemusingBill You're most welcome. It's a deep rabbit hole. He has his own channel and also a lot of vids under the name of Queen Extravaganza. He doesn't block his stuff either. If you want to see a good interview with him, about 30 min, there's a song on the Produce Like A Pro channel - Let Me Entertain You (Queen cover) where Marc sings with a group of top notch musicians, followed by the interview, and then gets into really technical discussion on production. But the interview is good and gives a background.
