    She goes on about looking presentable, yet before, and after showers, and when you first get up, you always look beautiful and cute. Such a nice welcoming smile, pleasant to listen to, with a soothing voice and beautiful hair.
    Don’t need to change anything!
    I don’t have Crohn’s disease and I can’t imagine having it. I feel sorry for all the people on these comments and anyone who does have it.
    I’m watching this cos I have IBS. It’s no where near as bad as Crohn’s, & considering how bad my IBS is, it says a lot about how bad Crohn’s is.
    I’d just like to say, to anyone who has it, reading this- you’re so inspirational, you persevere, you’re all so strong and tough. I can’t imagine going through that, IBS drives me insane as it is! I’m proud of all of you for going through what you do and still continuing your life, and trying. I hope you all get the relief and help to make it as bearable and stress free as possible 🙏❤️🫂

    I am so at a loss here. I finally got a diagnosis of crohn's disease. I had 3 drains placed in cysts. And now 2 weeks back lost 2 feet of intestines. Everything I eat HURTS. From soup, oats, cereals, pasta with alfredo, anything just gets me screaming in pain. Now I'm stuck on apple sauce and pudding and water diet. Idk what to do. Please post more on what foods are safe and or whole recipes

      You need to see a dietician to help with foods and meal plans! Please just go see someone it’s their job and I find it’s the only people that can actually help when everything is painful.

      Same boat as you. Couple drains myself. Working through what foods work, extremely difficult.

      The SCD: specific carbohydrates diet stage 1 and 2 is what you can start on while you look for an scd practitioner. Basically dont eat any grains or complex carbs or starches. So for immediate relief try fasting for day or 2 to give yourself a bowel rest. Try 1 or 2 meals only in the day. Eat cooked, peeled apple sauce and pear sauce, very ripe bananas (nlack spots or dotted with black spots, and cooked, peeled and deseeded zuchinni, butter and/or acorn squash. If you can handle avocados eat a little bit and a little bit of baked or boiled meat preferrably chicken. If you need to add oil and seasoning to meat use salt and dried herbs dont use butter or plant oils, unless its olive oil and only a little bit. The chicken will actually provide all the fat you need. Make sure its organic. Also try eggs boiled.

    Fab video lovely I love the skinny food co local to me to their chocolate orange is my fave 😍 I have ibs and other health issues and was always brought up vegetarian now vegan as dairy and gluten cause me so many flares they've had to be eliminated 👏💖

    I have Crohn's and am on humira. I had to have my gallbladder removed and had 2 kidney stones within a year. I cut out corn and most dairy and have very little suar. Now my pancreas is giving me issue so have to cut out most carbs.

    my fella had a colonscopy last week due to bad stomach ache , back ache and constipation, didn't really find anything wrong, have u any tips on making him feel better x

      Tbsp castor oil in the morning on empty stomache for the constipation. Also try Natren digesti-lac probiotic powder.

    Hi, for what l know, sugar, chocolate, or bread, are not good for people with ulcerative colitis.. l have it also, and l ger sick when l eat it..

      Gluten free bread is a good alternative cuz I can not let go of bread, but it always has a ridiculously amount of carbs so it can be an irritant, stevia for sugar, and dark chocolate doesn’t seem to bother me , then again everyone reacts to it differently
