And what about small weddings? I'm having 15 to 20 people max and it seems to me like we don't need a wedding planner, BUT having a small wedding raises another questions, like - some venues don't wanna do so small wedding, or wanna charge more, because their capacity is way bigger, and the wedding planner will cost us half the wedding - is it worth it? And about non traditional weddings - we don't really want DJ or a band, but how to have music instead? A bed and breakfast locally is actually a great option for you for an indoor/outdoor wedding. My friend did that she got married around a little after noon after at a bed and breakfast and they let her n the groom rent their best room. They were able to work out a good deal since that location is too small for most weddings. Think of a Christmas wedding. Our church and hotel were already decorated for free. We used a local florist who didn't overcharge for the few flowers we did use. Go to wedding shows/events. I won a five hundred dollar gift card to a fancy bridal shop, tuxedo rentals, limo, centerpieces, and cookware. It was so worth it. I made labels and went around to all of the booths. Just a thought. Does anyone know who is the designer of the second wedding dress Sharrah tries on is? It's the one with the sparkly bodice. 😍 I know it was 5 years ago and probably isn't available anymore but it's exactly what I was looking for, it's stunning. If anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it.
Hey...A thumbs up from me!!! What an awesome video. Highly recommended to watch. You have covered a lot that I did not even think or know about. Thank You
Great advice, thank you. I would love to know where you got your copper mugs from that you had in the signature drink segment. My son wants them at his wedding soon too.
Something guests will appreciate if having to stay at a hotel is you call hotels and get them to block rooms at a discounted price. My wedding is remote in the mountains and we're all flying in from across the country. We'll have to stay at Lodge. The discount on our rooms is about $100 off a night. Helped my guests decide to attend. It's a small wedding, we're going to be 16 people in total. Definitely worth asking, even if they can only shave off $20, it helps.
Great tips Sharrah!!! My son and daughter-in-law got married last July, and this brought back some memories ☺️. Btw, that color looks fantastic on you! 😉
So helpful me and my boyfriend was looking at rings last night and we have been talking about getting married for a long time and recently he’s talked about it more and more! Definitely keeping this video on my list so I have something to look back on for tips!
All the Venues I’m looking at for my wedding have a wedding coordinator so I’m not really worrying about that and with planning me and my sister she’s my maid of honor are planning everything together so it keeps a lot of the stress off of me and plus I’m really excited about it so all I wanna do is focus on the wedding but I don’t wanna get to stressed so every other month we focus on certain parts of the wedding and now it’s almost planned and the wedding day is a few months away
I think it is nice that the bride an d groom put their stamp on THEIR special day. No matter what rules exist it is the b and g day. I mean black balloons outdoors in a garden setting usually dont look great and honestly are a bit harsh but it is what Sharrah wants Not sure what makes this lady a specialists in wedding other than she is sharing her wedding experience and she has some decor background - though I don't know if she is formally trained or through her mother. Regardless I am glad she had a happy day. I do wonder about costs though.
Im getting married august 2019, i am ecstatic about the whole event. My fiance is an audio engineer and we had the choice of doing a live band or DJ. Even though we really REALLY wanted a band we went with a DJ. My family is hispanic and his is american/middle eastern. For my family we really need salsa/bachata,regge music and the majority of the bands we know in SC only do english. But hey its not super bad since we'll have a set up done fit for any music festival haha
Just had our ceremony and having the reception in 2 months. It's been really hard to find an alcohol caterer or somebody to provide it. Any idea where to search for that? Our reception is in a garden so it doesn't provide those things.

Yes, lets not forget, bands can cost more because you are paying more people (plus tips for each member and roadie), they take breaks so the dance floor is empty at times (not so with a good DJ), professional DJ's are also your Emcees and will work with your planner and photographer to make the event the best possible.
No black for weddings, this shows lack of imagination, there soooo many colours to choose from, and the photos come out dull, this is a happy day and should look that way.

Me!! So excited 😊
Me too!! It's in April and trying to plan it from a different country and my ceremony venue just fell through, yikes!!
I got engaged in February of 2020 and we are looking at September 4th 2021 to get married all the planning we have to do the stress I would have to go through when items on such a low budget
I love the silent disco idea
Does anyone know who is the designer of the second wedding dress Sharrah tries on is? It's the one with the sparkly bodice. 😍 I know it was 5 years ago and probably isn't available anymore but it's exactly what I was looking for, it's stunning. If anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it.
lol 17 and single, but I still loved this! Great tips that I'm sure I will come back to in 20 or so years haha :)
Yuki Mae lol I like your realistic expectation there!
Getting married 2022 omggggg😆
I like it.planning is important and must be made both of us.
So helpful me and my boyfriend was looking at rings last night and we have been talking about getting married for a long time and recently he’s talked about it more and more! Definitely keeping this video on my list so I have something to look back on for tips!

This was so helpful!! Thanks so much 💕
I'm literally doing everything myself for my wedding
SOOOO GOOOOD🤩🤩
I'm a teen and I love wedding and watching wedding dance surprise videos 😂😂
All the Venues I’m looking at for my wedding have a wedding coordinator so I’m not really worrying about that and with planning me and my sister she’s my maid of honor are planning everything together so it keeps a lot of the stress off of me and plus I’m really excited about it so all I wanna do is focus on the wedding but I don’t wanna get to stressed so every other month we focus on certain parts of the wedding and now it’s almost planned and the wedding day is a few months away
What type of camera do you use? :)
Super helpful tips! Thank you!
Getting married in 2023, thanks for this ❤️
This is so helpful and well-produced. Where did you honeymoon? Thanks for sharing!!
You send me Emma Roberts vibes and I am LOVING it. You are absolutely gorgeous and I love your videos. Thank you for sharing,
A wedding photographer helps you with the poses so you do not have to think about that at all
I think it is nice that the bride an d groom put their stamp on THEIR special day.
I re-watched your wedding series 💕
Wow this helped me so much!!
Fantastic tips!

Your so wrong on the DJ vs Live entertainers. a good DJ is with out a doubt the way to go
Yes, lets not forget, bands can cost more because you are paying more people (plus tips for each member and roadie), they take breaks so the dance floor is empty at times (not so with a good DJ), professional DJ's are also your Emcees and will work with your planner and photographer to make the event the best possible.
These are great!!!
I love your wedding theme and ideas
Your mom is Rebecca Robeson?!?! I'm shook
I got married last July and this brought back memories! I remember watching all your wedding Wednesdays when I was engaged
Who’s getting married in 2022!?💍♥️
I used to love Wedding Wednesdays!!!! Maybe you and Tyler can renew your vows and we can have Wedding Wednesdays again? 🤷🏽♀️
I want a summer wedding
*You always give amazing, actually helpful tips!
Very helpful tips for the brides to be! Thank you so much for sharing!! :)
No black for weddings, this shows lack of imagination, there soooo many colours to choose from, and the photos come out dull, this is a happy day and should look that way.
