I can see those latches being a major issue being left undone and stepped on maybe even ripping into some tender lower leg meat . But a cat boat with a champion hull , my old Pantera 2 could handle the ruff stuff without champion , was one of the best handling boats I've owned . Havnt found one that out rode my 300 series hull ranger in any conditions , but my zx 250 rides pretty well . Nice ass boat those bass cats .

How is it on chine walking? Example Phoenix really get bad at top speeds if you can’t handle them. Is this hull better and doesn’t get away from you as much at 70+?

Try the #2 Phoenix 719 Pro XP with a hot real 250hp 225 XS, back in 2009, I couldn’t get it passed 70, the buyer coming out of a Stratos 194 Evo jumped in and hit a documented 81mph, no keyboard bull shit, that boat scared the hell out of me, the Kitty with Champ slit down the middle should make a bunch of young 60yr old Boys very happy and $75,000 poorer, they’ve been talking for 20 years about If champ didn’t go belly up, here’s your chance
