If only France, Germany and most of the rest of NATO (with the exception of the UK here) had the balls and willingness to do the "job" that needs to be done, the U.S. would have a real military alliance willing and able to assist it in its fight for democracy against Russia through its aid of the Ukraine.

Unless you live under a rock you know that Ukraine is the most corrupt country in all of Europe (not counting Russia). Nothing about "democracy" there. And if you think that waging open war with Russia, who has almost 6,000 nuclear weapons, is a smart move, I sincerely question your sanity. France and Germany do a much better job at longing for peace than the US and UK. Pumping weapons into a war zone has never led to peace. Only to more bloodshed.
I am French and I consider we should stay neutral in the war between Ukraine and Russia. It’s not black and white, both sides are responsible of this situation and for sure France should be part of that.
