Yeah, I loved that. Also the very first thing you hear for this tune, (Notes C G E D E) sounded almost like the opening of the Bach Cello Suite 1 Prelude (G D B A B) - same amount of space between the notes, just a different set of them
The talent you possess is incredible. You really are a master of chiptune composition, not only that, but in making a beautiful, catchy melody too. Harmonies are stunning. You're awesome!
CorrosiveReptile It’s essentially a giant phone call between all of them. But without that, no matter how loud they screamed even inches away from each other they wouldn’t be able to hear each other.
each column is a "channel" each channel can only play one sound at a time the software goes row by row, and does whatever is in the boxes, which is either "play this note" (formatted like G-5 or C#4) or "do this effect" (formatted in other ways) there is also other hidden stuff (so you can see all the channels at once) like extra effects, different instruments etc.
I'm just hearing this work for the first time; it's an entire Bach-style fugue, which is completely unexpected and outstanding. This composer blows me away!
I just happened to randomly decide to listen to Rolling Down the Street in My Katamari, and suddenly notice you uploaded three hours ago. Amazing timing.
I loved the movement of this piece, I felt like I was listening to a scene play out at a beach with the hero now finally relieving themselves for a bit, and goes on his last mission back up to space, yearning to come back when the job is done.
This... this hits me. It makes me feel an emotion... a sense of unity. A feeling achieved through the co-operation of the world. -(A feeling we very much do not deserve right now, but still, great job, man!)-
Im quite lucky to have opened TH-cam at this exact moment
If you were active in the 80s and made music for SNES games you'd be considered one of the best and most influential game composers ever today.
Honestly you are completely right

Those last minutes sounded like Bach and that made me very happy.

Seems like Fearofdark knows what's actually going on right now.
well it would be pretty hard not to when the whole world is paralyzed
These are some of the best chiptune songs I’ve heard
