Amazing reveal! I was really inspired and wanted to make one of my own and post it on youtube. Is it okay if I use your music and give you credit? Thank you!
@@guide9441 Ya that is was I was thinking. If you look close (with pause buffering on 0.25x speed) you can spot some noise or light being spread to different parts of the robot that are not moving.
@@theashbot4097Had to go with lower samples for some of the scenes in sequence because of how long some frames were taking to fully render (ex. 2-3 minutes)
@@assetswaffles Really?! my league has not even done state tournament. And that is really what your robot does? Do y'all plan on showing a real life autonomous run, and driver controlled run with hanging? I am really confused on how you get the hook to go straight up.
@@theashbot4097creator of the animation here. Yeah couldn’t get it to work in time for the final animation but there is a bungee cord hooked onto the plastic green hook that tensions when it is pulled away from the robot which moves the hook upright on its attached hinge.

We did not prepare a building guide but we have made a robot poster, as well as a CAD drawing for our final robot. You can find more information here: www.assetsrobotics.org/ftc/waffles
bro how on earth did u make a simulation of an entire game, ur crazy, go get every design award on the planet
You guys have outdone yourselves. Great Video!
Fire, that pixel moving mechanic though not the most complex is absolutely wild, like how tf did you think of that?????
I love how yall used the valorant outro style for the outro.
Super awesome can’t wait till this years
Great job with the video and amazing design!
Looks incredible can’t wait to see it in action!
GREAT JOB!!! BIG FAN FROM BRAZIL!
Please post matches! Love your design... Love to see how / when you use the extended intake slides
Fantastic Reveal vid
Thank you!
Amazing design! Can you explain how the door opener works?
Great design! How is gear drive working for you? My team is considering it instead of pulleys.

What software did you use to make the rendering? Fusion?
Blender?

Yes, we use Blender for rendering and CAD, and Adobe Premiere Pro for the video processing.
Could you make a video talking or teaching how to do it? I would be very grateful

reminds me of the limelight 3 reveal
🔥 reveal
Thank you!
HOW DID U MAKE THIS GEORGEUS ANIMATION
Do you think you could tell me the material nodes for the surgical tubing? I have been trying to figure it out but haven't gotten it correct
what software was this made in? cuz its awesome
where the actual bot at? damn good design tho
We finished this year's FTC season as HI championship finalists. We'll share some more videos soon!

@@imkuat oh that is cool! Good job with the animation.
What software did you use for the animations?
hey, have a queastion: why did you use those types of brushes at the servo heads?
what program did you use to create this robot
I want to know how to make a assembly of the parts thing that picks up pixels from the ground. If you make a eductional video.
What did you use to make that exploded view render and assembly visual?

How are the hinges on actuators activated for hanging?
Member of 14825 here. The hinges are pulled into place by bungee cords when the actuators are extended.

literally gonna copy this /j
1:35-1:40 floating pixel error, don't think that's legal
(I got a little bored)
Looks sick, did you build it?
Hello! Yes, we just wrapped up this FTC season as championship finalists.
can you tell me about camera programming?
hello! We use HSV color detection via OpenCV. Technically RGB color detection will work as well but HSV is more reliable.
This is my first year joining FTC. Since i saw this video
i am scared
Good luck! It took us 6 years and there are still lots to learn. Plenty of amazing people in the FIRST community to help so just reach out!
SHOW US PRETTY GIRL!!!
