First Aid Tub // Pathfinder Strong

Here few more: Knee brace, Boroleum for Nasal Soreness, eye drops and eye wash solution. Hydration Packets - Electrolytes Powder
Socks, rain panchos individual. Imodium and activated charcoal
Small flashlight and extra battery in case dark and need to look in the tub

After Covid must of us have those finger oximeters, I believe it would be good to take one of those

Probably “ Calamine Plus Spray “ ( pink spray )
It helps for any insects bites or ex really helpful.

Maybe one of this it helps allot !! For example if your back hurts a lot or any where you just apply it ,and is going to feel really cold so jut incase put something warm on it and like no ware you just feel better with it 😃
