My favorite is definitely Julius Belmont from Aria of Sorrow. It's just such a unique twist on the formula, where you fight a Belmont as Dracula and overall such a quick, but extremely intuitive fight.
quick as in quick paced, right? that fight took me like 8 tries and it lasted roughly 5 minutes on the final attempt when i was at level 45 with the Claimh
Did you know you can actually hide IN ITS OPEN RIBCAGE when it crashes on you ? Pretty tight fit, but you can. Also I was quite young the first time I "met" it, and it scared the shit out of me, especially when it screams and you realise its skin just retract like a glove around its face. Yuck. Plus it is a big boss in such a small space, no wonder its pissed. I really like him :)
Order of Eclessia tries to Seduce Shanoa and has the most eccenical music of all times and Draculla gets pranked and blueballed to hell with a Dominus on his face
I've been dying to play sotn for years. I've missed my chance to play it twice.... 1. When I was a very young child, my dad had a copy of sotn, but since I was very young and could barely hold a controller, I had to watch my brother play it instead. But later on, my dad's ps1 broke and he gave his copy away to his brother. 2. My brother has the mobile port of sotn, but he won't let me play it because he thinks the controlls suck, and he thinks my first playthrough of the game should be on a console. He soon deleted his mobile port and I can't convince him to download it again. I hope one day I can get a chance to play it
Symphony of the night is available on Android and iPhone now. You could also just get a PlayStation one classic with many PS1 games just built into it and play it that way
@@caseydouglas412 Never gets easier than Castlevania 4 where you can just swing the whip all over the place and just hold it up as an unstoppable shield. Alucard gets easier when you get soul steal.

man the boss death animations are so awesome in SOTN, i wish every other game had such extravagant collapse animations. they just kinda explode and fall apart most of the time lmfao
Boss 19 Galamoth took WAY more damage when hit in the head than in the legs or other body parts. I could only defeat after focussing my strategy on headhunting.
Opinions on bosses: 20. They're creepy and quite tedious with how many times you have to avert your attention to destroy the puppets. Only redeeming factor is the music really. 19. They have supposed relevance to the plot, and are extremely powerful. *Unless you use the Shield Rod with the Alucard Shield, you cowards.* 18. Surprisingly awesome for a boss that doesn't use his hands, or have much head animation. Dunno why they're awesome, but hey, they are now. 17. Ah yes, everyone's favourite corspe sphere of another name. Honestly feels like they get bigger over the course of game release. 16. Only time would tell us that this boss would become not just a companion, but damn well the most popular character in the series. Fight is kinda meh though in my opinion. 15. As a person who recently played Harmony of Dissonance, this boss is very good. Of course, I mostly used the Fire Spellbook and Axe Combo, but they're effective enough. 14. Very great use of mythology to make this boss amazing to fight. Good bosses almost always come from DoS. 13. Yeah nah, I don't like this one. It's design is silly, the boss itself is frustrating, and I don't think it's worth playing the boss rush for. 12. To be honest, Portrait of Ruin did this kind of boss better, with better size, appearence, etc, but it's at least better than the femme fatale version of it from chronicles. 11. But why, oh why do their forms have to always be so... weird? 9. At least this fight against them isn't as bad as SotN. But they made it more creative at least with all the hidden trinkets they have. 8. If Dio Brando made his best impression of Edward Scissorhands, and became a Castlevania Boss. That's all I'm saying. 7. You escape this thing during the intro, and you finally get to fight it. Talk about build up! If only there were extra stages to this boss... 6. They walk around....
