(7:02) Oftentimes, glitchy tiles will act like vines, but they'll also make a "bonk" sound effect as you climb up them (as if you're continuously hitting your head on a block), and if you jump into them from directly below, you will actually bonk and go back down.
(7:27) Also, if there's multiple of those tiles in a horizontal row, you'll often get sent all the way to the leftmost one if you grab onto a tile in the middle. I have no idea why, but it must just be an odd quirk of how vines work in SMB, which normally isn't an issue because you'd never see multiple vines next to each other in normal play.
(7:55) Oh, cool. It gave you your 3 fireworks all at the same time. (I wonder if there would've been a sprite limit issue if you had gotten 6?)

(10:44) Unfortunately, those ? blocks don't contain a power up. There is, however, a power up in the leftmost brick just a screen earlier above the double cannon at 10:34.

(14:46) Something you should know: In the 4-4 and 7-4 castle mazes, you should stay on the floor while passing through the correct paths, or the game might determine that your height isn't matching the correct value, and assume you chose the wrong path.
(15:23) And, the game just decides your time is up, NOW.
(15:56) All the fireball sprites must've prevented the actual Bowser sprite from spawning, which is good news for you. (Of course, the fireball spawner is still active, so we could pretend that Bowser hightailed it outta there but is still trying to attack you from very far to the right.)

#bringlairback That was a-maze-ing (amazing;-)) and funny. I am very like Water and "in castle with lava" levels. I have awesome idea (I wan't see from 1-1 to 8-4 levels in that Chaos mode and only water level) and this is challenge, if you wan't try it (maybe next time with Kair comments too).

Xeno. First off...you rock buddy! And to answer your question...we use a program called parsec to play games together online that you can usually only play locally.
