I have converted several bikes with a Violamart and it worked great. More power.. battery separate… must be mechanically and electricity adept, but worth it for the lower price and increased functionality. Hundreds of miles and great times!😊
I ordered a Swytch in December 2023 and the delivery estimate was delayed 3 times to August 2024 before I finally requested a refund. That wasn’t acceptable to me. I did get refunded promptly. I don’t understand their business model.
They don't have one. They're engineers who bit off more than they could chew. None of them educated themselves on how to run a business/deal with customers or hired a team that did. So disappointing. I was rooting for them. Kickstarter was for nothing at this point.
You should have waited. I ordered the same time as you and finally got it by end of August or early September. I've now installed it and it was worth the wait! Provides me enough power going up hills, and my neighbourhood has lots of hills!
@@raydc2r I don’t doubt it. That’s why I ordered it in the first place. But I could order a custom Lamborghini faster. I ended up buying a whole new e-bike for less. Also, I felt they were not honest about the delivery time, which pissed me off. I would have waited if they didn’t jerk me around.
