What Frontier monster do YOU want to return in Wilds???

Out of all of these the one i most want is inagami
Forokururu would be perfect in wilds they could have different flowers blooming during each weather event on the maps giving it different buffs depending on the weather and what flowers are blooming

I never played the Frontier game. Kinda wish I did because these monsters all look amazing.
If I had to pick a monster it would be Dalamadur. We really need the snake monsters back. Based of the videos of wilds I think they’d fit in great.
Monsters from frontier that should make a return are Odibatorasu, MI Ru, Hyujikiki and Toridcless
Akura Vashimu would fit so well in the desert parts of Windward Plains, and Capcom would probably Reclassify Akura Vashimu as a Temnoceran, because Scorpions are arachnids just like spiders.

And now that we can carry 2 weapons they could even keep the tail cut gimmick
I feel like these are some of the best, and most realistic options tbh. As much as I’d love to see Elzelion, Mi Ru, Harudomerugu, etc. outside of Frontier, it prob just wouldn’t work. Rukodiora seems possible though, but it could feel a bit weird having her & no Magnet Spikes hahah.

@@LordViettner Man, I wish! I feel like Tonfas could def be reworked to fit fine. I think Magnet Spike is relegated to Frontier permanently, as much as I’d love to see it outside of that

I made a video just like this a year ago and it's nice to see we have two overlapping monsters (Diorekkusu and Pokaradon). I can see you have great taste in monsters lol

Just let espinas and its family members, especially the rare species be a staple and I’m happy.
Another good monster would be kuarusepusu and having it interact with the storms as the crystals on its back act like lightning rods. I think that would work well with the new lightning physics.
Harudomerugu and Ruko/Rebidiora would be my top Elder picks. Taikun Zamuza and Gogomoa are my top regular monster picks.
what about Harudomerugu? This is elder dragon commands mercury.

Elder dragon from MH Explore, right? if that's the one i'm thinking of, love the colors and design! very classic egyptian vibe, so he would fit right into the desert in Wilds....

So diorekkusu is not just similar to a tigrex its just straight up a tigrex even down to the name because the kkusu part is literally just the romanji spelling of how the japanese say the “ex” sound so his name is just diorex
Well if the recent weapon showcases are anything to go by, the MH team isnt shying away from adding moves from Frontier. I feel like the scope and level of environmental impact this game will provide, is a great time to showcase some very unique monsters from Frontier within the various biomes this game will provide.
I feel like Barlagual would fit in nicely in wilds same with the 2 scorpion monsters I wonder how the would implement them tho
i dont know if you did it allready but could you maybe make a video showing all the frontier weapon moves or animations we will get in wilds based on the weapon showcase trailers? maybe side by side and a little explanation on what the move did in Frontier.
Barlagual sounds really cool, but I mainly want more midgame and endgame non-wyverns. Something between Popo and Rajang.

I know it’s a fan favourite and was also in rise but I managed barely to play against it. The last time was on psp as far I remember and I already wished they give us that monster for worlds with coral highlands but they never did. 😄

I really want Nergiganta and Deviljho,to return to Wilds. I think both of these monsters fights were incredible,until you learn their moveset it's a challenge!

It would be great to see new monsters never played Frontier.
Im delulu and am hoping for shantien or disufiroa even though theres no chance in all of hell for eother of them to ever be in a base game... but one can hope

Dumb question I'm sure, but when the hunter was hitting Barlagual with the bow, a large red cloud exploded from the monster's body. Was that blood, or is it a kind of status affect building up?
i think it's a status coating for the bow, if you watch the other hunter, you can see the blood graphics look a lot different

This is the visual effect from Weakness Exploit in Frontier. It also plays a different noise when you hit monsters on weak parts with the skill on top of that new blood effect.
Too bad we will never see magnet spikes or tonfas :(
I want zenaserasu to come into wilds
I don't love a lot of frontier monsters as AI find them to be overdesigned nonsense but I would give my left leg to get Barlagual in wilds, just design wise alone he's top 10 l, and there's plenty of others I'd still love to see like in the main series, Forokururu, Toridcless, espinas should Be a mainstay of jungles and his white subspecies would be great, Anorupatisu, pariapuria, Odibatorasu,
Akura vashimu, nono and kamu orugaron, Pokaradon, Abiorugu, Gasurabazura, Rukadiora, Inagami and Guanzorumu are all probably my favourite fronter monsters I'd like to see but Barlagual is top of my list for sure
@stormerjc9493 the overdesign mons are mostly just frontier z monsters and monsters that do have spikes or spikey bits are ether just to help with the design or they actually use them. For example Harudomerugu many look overdesign but when actually fight you get to see that all the spikes are actually just the liquid metal armor and the design is actually tamer. I also think kuarusepusu would work great in wilds for the weather things it has going on for him.
@@pauliedee1951 see it depends on many factors, spikes don't necessarily make something overdesigned, look at Seregios and nergigante they are both coverd in spikes but it's done in a way that looks natural and has proper reasons behind it, but just because something has a reason doesn't mean it's well designed, I'd still agure that harudomerugu is still badly deisgend as a mainline monster cuz he looks so artificial, more like a digimon then monster hunter, cuz it's also about fitting in in a natural way, like eruzerion is my least favourite monster of the entire franchise for a reason
As for kuarusepusu he would work perfectly mechanically but he'd still need a proper highlands map for him to function I think, and a light redesign but I look forward to seeing monsters use the weather mechanic to change the fight

apart from the silver, the red could be a reference to cinnabar, the mineral form of mercury sulphide. I as pointed out all the spikes like I said just the mercury that covers it's body that he uses And beside from the powers haru is not to out there for dragon.
@@stormerjc9493 Well, Harudomerugu looking artificial is a part of the point, since it's wearing the mercury it controls as an armor. You can see its real appearance when you slay it and the mercury falls off of it, at which point it looks a lot more like a standard elder dragon, though with a few extra limbs.
@@pauliedee1951 he looms artificial cuz he doesn't look like something that has evolved, he's not animal, even compared to either elders, and it's not in a good way, looks like hes a robot dragon that was made on a production line to be to be the new cool thing, nothing about him feels like he's a animal, compare that to kushala who is wierd and has magic abilitys but he still looks like a creature in the world
