I finally went and bought this TV and I am very surprised of how good it is. Picture quality, black levels, no blooming, fantastic uniformity and a unbelievable upscaling. Honestly, this is a good buy and the winner for bang for buck.
How bad is the reflection, do not look so good in the video.
@@heww3960 It's not gloss so it does a good job. Still has a slight reflection but again depends where you are putting the TV and lighting in your home

I am looking to get a 55" tv soon and this is in the same price region as the E76G also from Hisense. What is the difference between the two? which is better for gaming?
Hi! For gaming, you'll most likely want to look out for the HDMI specs, if you have a PS5 or Xbox Series X then it's best to have 2.1 high speed HDMI connection. But for other consoles, any TV that has 4K quality and maybe some extra features for input lag support would be great.

Hey! 👋🏽 First of all i want to say congratulations for this splendid review 🤷 I'm a little bit confused honestly. Before watching your review i saw 2 bad reviews about this tv but for variant of 55inch. It's a difference between 65inch and 55inch in terms of specifications? In this reviews the writers are complaining about the contrast, about the dark scenes that are not dark - are grey, about the hdr content because it doesn't looks that good.. I really want to buy the 55 variant for my series s console, especially, and i want to have a good experience with Hdr10 and dolby vision. 🤷 Thank you!
Hi! I'm sorry to hear that you've not come across any information yet to help make your decision! From what I can tell, coming from the perspective of someone who isn't an expert but has tried out a good collection of TV's from 2020/21, this one is pretty good for the price in terms of dark spots and over all sharp picture quality. I can't say too much for HDR content as I didn't test it intensely, but I didn't think it looked off or bad inherently, it rather depends on if you're comparing this TV to the higher end models out there. In terms of differences between the 55/65 inch models, there are no variations in the specifications here, just potentially the energy rating. If you're still worried, try heading down to a store that potentially has them on display? If not, read as many reviews as you can until you're comfortable with your choice 👍

Hi! That must be confusing! I'm not sure why it would be blank, do you know what aspect ratio it is currently in? It might be something to do with the input you're trying to watch or the content. Maybe try resetting the display settings back to default? If all else fails, you may have to just reset the TV to factory settings again but you will then lose any logins and presets you have set yourself. Hope you find a solution! Let me know 👍

It have good speaker.Of course the soundbar is better...but speakers on this TV is better than average tv speakers...

Says 1080p at 120hz when I change PS5 resolution to 1080p only. Tested on Black Ops Cold War & Miles Morales
@@mz4ever123 yeah I tested when TV arrived. Totally a bug. It displays 60hz no matter what. Also IPS bleed and glow was so nasty that I returned the TV. Bought a x90j on discount and I’m loving it. VA blacks are not blue and that is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
@@gangnamchild6310 I have the 43inch it's a VA panel. Never played 120hz so I wouldn't know how it plays. If it is a bug they should patch it asap. That Sony is sweet but out of my budget unfortunately.

Yes, it doesn't have a 2.1 HDMI so it won't support 4K at 120Hz.
Can anybody who owns this tv tell me if you insert headphones into the headphone socket, do the built in speakers turn off?
I need to use the headphone output as well as the built in tv speakers. Is there a setting on this tv that allows you to use both at the same time?Thanks.
The sounds turns off, and you can change that in settings if you wanna have both on at the same time.

Hi! Though I didn't really do any extensive tests on it, I thought it was surprisingly good for the price 👍 Not sure how it will do over time but after a solid two days I didn't find anything wrong with it 😊

@@paulmidgley8040 I readed in a review that 50 or 55, i don't remember, has va panel. 65 and up have ips.
@@PAULME_CH apparently its the 43 and 50 are va anything above is ips that's why got a 50inch and as good as this tv is for the price and it is really good for the price I wish I'd gone with a Samsung qled for a couple more hundred.
I just bought the 43 inch version was it a silly decision or should I just have waited for 2022 tv release I'm coming from a Samsung 1080p full hd tv that's 6 years old
I've had it for 2 months been great apart from lip sync can be off on certain blu rays & streaming sites.
@@mz4ever123 There is a lip sync setting in the menu to play about with when connected to soundboard or not hope that helps still great TV for the price plus it looks great with xbox series s
@@stefanritchie7667 I changed sound mode from standard to theatre it seemed to stop most the lip sync issues. I have it paired with a PS5 looks great & smooth. Good to know as I'll be picking up a Series S when Starfield is out.
@@mz4ever123 The Series S will surprise you I love how quiet it is and how fast it loads up plus quick resume features are cool I play Cities Skylines on it which can be demanding and it runs like a dream we'll worth the money enjoy

What's it like for dark areas, I have run into like a bloom in the darker areas with some models of leds tvs one being a LG and the other a Hitachi.
Hi! I tried out as many dark shows and movies as I could and didn't really come across any glaring bloom affect, even in a dark room! It's surprisingly good from what I can see using it for about 6 hours 👍

I bought the same but 55 inch and it's amazing tv my friend bought Samsung 55 inch but honestly mine hisense is better than his with audio and video both i am very impressed with the quality of hisense a7g TV

The legs of this TV seems different from other 65A7G TVs
It could be a region thing. I've seen the same TV released in other countries with a different stand before.

@@happyhero1093 55 and up is IPS. The 48 one is VA (so bad viewing angles).

Hi, my new Samsung UA9000 50in TV has the same 20w speaker output as my old Samsung Series 7 budget TV from 2019 and doesn’t sound anyway near as rich as my old TV as it’s lacking bass. Could you explain why this is the case? I have recently purchased a Sound bar for the new TV just to enhance the sound! I thought that the sound quality on the new TV would have been equally as good as it was on my Series 7 TV.
You know you would have to speak to Samsung about that 🤯
The wattage of the speakers are not even close to the only thing that determines sound quality, it could be the angle, the materials, the software even.
Generally you should not assume the tv has passable speakers, if you care about audio quality in the slightest. :) Good Day

@@aaronconnolly7286 Sensational! Its got dolby vision and upscaling is unmatched. I checked star wars 1977 on disney and i was blown away by the upscalling.Not to mention the great colours ad viewing angles are perfect either way. Honestly I wish i never spent time researching Lg C1, A80J etc. This is the best bang for buck you can get. Try Check more reviews for the A7G and then if you try it out yourself at home and if you don't like it, hopefully you can return it. I got mine for about £600 and LGC1 i had purchase was £1200, i wasn't impressed with the C1 after how much i paid hence I returned it and tried the A7G and absolutely so satisfied with extra £600 in my pocket. Watch this review carefully and you will see she isn't lying at all. The Box reviews are good. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Wish you best of luck on any you pick
@@happyhero1093 I've returned my C1 having had two in the space of a couple of weeks. Terrible screen uniformity resulting in significant blue tints either side of the the TV that was really affecting the picture. I've ordered the A7G in the 50" model. Collecting it this evening. Hoping I'll be pleasantly surprised with it and will have saved a lot of money in the process. 👍
@@markroe9862 Yes I was exactly like you. Got sold on the "Expensive is better" Nonsense. Brought the C1 home and just didnt like what i seen for the amount I paid plus with most reviews, I would have to baby sit the TV, less brightness for screenburn. Not leaving the tv longer than certain hours. Utter nonsense! Whereas this A7G has ben amazing. Upscaling is the best of it for me. I wish you the best of luck and plus enjoy the extra bucks you will get refunded from returning the C1 as a7g is half the price of c1
Please help! I have a problem. A couple of days ago I bought a TV HISENSE 55 A7GQ. Excellent design and workmanship. General ... sound and picture top. Picture directly over the net on clips in 4K and 8K resolution perfect as well as over HDMI input where is connected to the computer. In both modes it gives me normal picture settings, but through the HDMI input which is conected TV BOX it only gives me picture settings in HDR variant ... where HDR cannot be deactivated (so picture modes are only with HDR)!!! So I can't set the picture on the TV channel to be normal...because HDR it either shines white or red or something else! I tried all possible settings, but nothing turns out quite right! On one occasion yesterday I turned it off tv ... and soon turned it on again ... and the picture on the channels was great! Then I go into the picture settings and watch miraculously there are normal settings without HDR modes! So I was hoping the problem was finally solved!But when i before going to bed turned off TV and turned it on in the morning ... when I have something to see! Picture again on TV chanells again in HDR mode ... I go in to check the settings and there again the picture settings with HDR !!! What to do and do you have a solution ?? ?Thanks in advance...

Yes, that's due to the aspect ratio of movies. No matter the size of the TV, you can't escape it!
