Jerms!!!! HOLY SMOKES BROTHER!!! An MCI!!! Excellent Excellence review Jermy!!! Thats one interesting meal 🤨 have had the chance at pall malls yes they’re spectacularly smooth!! Sounds like you enjoyed it very much so!! Love the fire in the background and warm in Michigan? Oh no 😬 😂
Shame you didnt get any PB that woudve been nice!!
Such a special treat this one was!! I've actually got another MCI with smokes that has PB!! Will save that for another time 👍 Thanks little bro!! Appreciate you man!! 👍👍
Jerms! welcome to the non-anonymous side of TH-cam!
my jaw dropped when you opened that peach jam. it looks like tar - and probably tastes like it at this point, too 🙃
so cool that you're from Michigan! i've been there once before & am planning a trip back there this year
Thanks Schlee!!! This one was pretty awful!! But man those cigarettes 🤤 Hope you have a great time in MI!!! I appreciate you watching!!
Well 72ish was supposedly the last year for cigs but hard to say. Fantastic vid Jerms, i dare say its your best yet. Researching a bit really is necessary on these old guys, and you didn't disappoint.
Thanks Viper!! I really appreciate it!! Happy New Year Brother!!
Welcome back Jerms! Glad to be watching your new video! Happy new years my brother! Keep up the amazing work
Hey Chris!! Thanks for watching and always being here!! Hope you have a fantastic New Year brother!!
Nice back yard. Now that I've seen it in daylight. Great video bud. Cool to see you.
Thanks!! Probably the last time in front of the camera. We'll see. Appreciate you buddy!!
Hey Jerms...... another quality review. You are absolutely my favorite MRE reviewer now. Bring it on my friend!! Lol..... and, on another note, I was surprised to see you come out from behind the camera.... not everybody does. It seems from your facial hair etc that you might be a ginger like me. We may have been teased as kids, but we may soon rule the world... BAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! 🤣🤣🤣....In any event, keep up the good work. Happy New Year from eastern Canada!!!
Thanks so much!!! I really appreciate it!! Yes, I'm a ginger and us gingers will slowly steal enough souls to rule the world soon!! 🤣🤣
Wow. Now I have a face to the voice. Not being a smoker, after I got back from France smoking cuban cigars. I bought a vintage pack of French cigarettes on Ebay (back when it was still allowed) from the 60's. They were pretty awesome tasting and smooth.
Hey Mark!! I would LOVE to smoke a Cuban cigar some day!! Lucky you got to try this vintage French smoked too!! Thanks for watching! Always appreciate you being here!!
I enjoy you reviews 😀
Best regards from Sweden!
Thank you very much!! I really appreciate it!!
Haha! Yeah the overwhelming metal smell is frightening in these old cans. A wicked review!
OMG so horrid!! Stuff of nightmares!! Thanks for watching Smitty!! I appreciate it Brother!!
Great Job and a New Year’s Treat ! 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks Mark!! I appreciate you watching!!
I've never seen print like that on an MCI! Cigarettes were removed in 1973, I think. Somewhere around the time the draft ended.
I think I have another with the same print. I'll have to look. Thanks for watching!! I really appreciate it! Good to see you on the Smoke show tonight!
Pall malls where mostly non filter in the 60-70s great quality glad you got to some one
I got so lucky!! What an experience!! Thanks for watching!! I really appreciate it!!
What an awesome ration man!!! I have never seen that blue print on the spoon label before. That was cool. Thank you for sharing!! Happy New Year!!!
Very cool experience!! But a little stinky 🤣 Thanks Matt! I appreciate you watching!!
There's that handsome face! Silver fox...😉
I totally thought Mrs. Jerms was going to come out and bum a drag.
Meal looked terrible but at least you had a happy ending 😅
Awwww thanks 😃 She would have had she been home! Great happy ending tho 😉
Interesting meal .. One of the few times I am glad there isn't smell-tube. 🤣🤣
Thanks for the video brother
Yeah, it's definitely a good thing 🤣 Thanks for watching brother!!
This should be interesting? Cigarette history is confusing, agreed friend. This is one cool piece of history Jerms. Some damage for the age? Hard to imagine. LOL friend. Nice disclaimer included about old food. I shall follow your advice, on the 4 fingers of death here. Those fruit cakes, any cake, was awesome once. P-38's are A pain, but did work. Wash the tray, really well, LOL. That main was funky! Acc. pack looked awesome. The cigs are special. I enjoy an occasional cigar as well sir. I am glad you had some fun friend. Peace, Happy New Year, John. Stay safe friend.
Yeah, this ration was pretty awful!! But the Pall Malls saved the day!! I appreciate you my friend!!
Great video captain! Happy new year bro.
Thanks bro!! Happy New Year to you too!! Hope you popped a cork on NYE!!
Those beans look gnarly...gotta have a stogie this weekend.
Thanks man!! Stogie on Monday!!
Great review Jerms. Look at you showing your face!! Enjoyed this dude. Happy New Year buddy
My camera didn't break so I got that going for me 🤣🤣 Thanks brother!! I appreciate you!!
It was easier to keep people smoking that trying to get them to quit when joining the military. Although I am not a smoker, I can appreciate that smell and floral nature of the tobacco. I have some old Chesterfields lying around from some old MCIs.
Oooo Chesterfields!! I've not had one of those yet!! Very cool!! These Pall Malls were fantastic!!
@@jermsMRE I’ll send you a pack!
“Getting rid of this cause it’s stinking up my life”.🤣🤣🤣🤣 Great video!
OMG it was awful 🤣 Thanks Irish!! I really appreciate you watching!!
Great review and happy new year bro
Thanks Cliff! I appreciate it!! Happy New Year to you too!!

Happy New year
I completely agree!! I appreciate you watching!! Happy New Year!!
Keep up the good work!
Thank you Scott! I really appreciate you being here!
Awesome video Jerms
Thanks Marilyn!! Happy New Year!!
My grandpa served in ww2 when he was in France he would take his cigarettes and traded it for chocolate with the French since he didn’t smoke but he told me the French loved American cigarettes back then and he had a sweet tooth lol
He was one of the rare non smokers!! Probably had some amazing stories. Thanks for sharing, watching and the comment!! I appreciate it!!
It's an unusually long cigarette especially seems it doesn't even have a filter. Pall Mall is premium in the UK.
This was exquisite!! Such a great experience. Thanks Karl!!
Dude awesome video!
Thanks Paul!! Really enjoyed this one!
@jermsMRE I have one on the workbench in pristine condition can't get myself to open it
@@PaulsGearReview I totally get it. I have 2 more that are the same age or older so I figured, why not. Still kinda didn't want to open it
You are hilarious I laughed at this one. You are brave
Thank you for watching! I appreciate it!!
Hi Jerms, nice vid thank you. On the chicklets the price of 2c may date it for you - or give a range of dates at least?
Thanks Russell!! I really appreciate you watching! Great idea on the research tip!! I'll see what I can find out!
jerms face reveal!!!!! awesome review those beans looked VILE lmao
Haha!! Yep! Those Pall Mall's were so good!
Could be the first attempt at current date codes the 992 day of 1971 lol.
1981 was a LONNGGG year 🤣🤣 Thanks for watching! I appreciate it!!
Nice review!
Thank you very much!! I appreciate you watching!
Gotta get some parliaments cigs
Who cares when they stopped putting cigarettes in. It's irrelevant to testing it
I'm sorry you didn't find the info relevant. However, I think a lot of people, especially younger people, don't know the history of cigarettes in US rations and are very interested. It's unthinkable now but back then, removing them was a big deal. But to each their own. Thanks for watching.
Rotting fish. I can tell you a story about a bag of fish heads i found one day. Yuck
Sounds good!! I've got a great similar story myself 🤣🤣 Thanks Tracy!! I appreciate you 🤝
