This home has a great floor plan, the only thing I would change is the island, replace it with a larger one that you can seat people at and do away with the little side table, it would also provide more storage, the cabinets that are open at the bottom are just dust catching wastes of space.

You can't beat this I mean a soaker tube in your master bath and at $65,000 I would seriously consider this

I like minus the wood beams, and the carpet in the bedrooms. I would run that LVP flooring throughout the home. Also, in the master closet run those shelves completely around for extra storing space.
