- Red velvet or red velvet cake recipe a cake with wet, colorful tops and cream cheese with whipped cream and mascarpone.
I completed this cake with raspberry jelly in the first layer of cream and fresh raspberries in the second layer of cream.
The sponge cakes are made quite simple.
The cream as well: mix all the ingredients for 1 minute.
The result is a spectacular cake, with a beautiful contrast between white and red.
The cake can be prepared for special occasions and more.
INGREDIENTS

SPONGE CAKE Ø 20 cm

290g flour
25g cornstarch
125g soft butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
10g cocoa
1 teaspoon red food coloring
1 teaspoon salt
300g sugar
240g buttermilk
190ml vegetable oil
2 eggs
vanilla essence
RASPBERRY JELLY
------------------------------
150g frozen raspberries
30g sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3g gelatin granules
2 tablespoons cold water
CREAM
-------------
350g mascarpone cheese
500g cream cheese
280g whipped cream
250g powdered sugar
10g whipping cream
vanilla essence
125g fresh raspberries
🔥 180 ° C without ventilation
⏰ 30 minutes
