Avelo Becomes First Airline to Make Wilmington Airport Home Base

Until Wednesday, Delaware was the only state in the country that did not have regularly scheduled commercial air service. Avelo Airlines made it’s first round trip flight to Orlando out of Wilmington and plans on making it a regular route. NBC10’s Delaware bureau reporter Tim Furlong has the details.
