The Saber Class is supposed aft torpedoes. It shows it in all the technical manuals and blue prints. And there was a Saber Class in the battle of sector 001 from First Contact that fired aft torpedoes. I don't see any aft torpedoes here. I guessing that one or some of the programmers let that slip by them.
I like the look of the sabre class, I wish we had seen more of it in the shows.
Yeah its a shame its only appeared as a background ship. It should have been more prominent in the Dominion War battle scenes
