@KrishnaDiamesso it's in USD. In the video, he says the apartment is 180k dirhams per year but he got it for 170k dirhams. 1:53 In USD, 180k dirhams is about 49k USD which is around 4100 USD/month.
Amazing, I've been watching your coding videos since secondary school and you've inspired me so much And now that I'm in university you still inspire me to pursue better life in general Keep sharing tim, thanks so much hope things keep getting better for you dude
I've seen all kinds of advertising before. But I have never seen an ad for a country before. You're really promoting a country. You even put a link on the description lol
Bruh. Why would you move to the most VOLATILE region in the world at the moment? The Middle East is on FIRE yet people think because it’s Dubai, it’s immune to become anything like Libya. People forget how BEAUTIFUL those war torn cities once were. Little Dubai’s. No more.

Tim, can you give as how did you move you computer(im not talking about the laptop), so, in case someone wants to move from “A” to “B” will have an idea Thank you in advance bro 😎
Bro, you've reached a level in society most people in Canada and the whole world can only dream of. But at the same time, I'm wondering if you're falling prey to "lifestyle creep" where you're spending way more than necessary because you're making more money and you think that level of high income lasts forever. $4000/month for an apartment is insane? What happens when your business and investments fluctuate and you don't make a lot of money anymore?
I appreciate the concern but in Canada I paid nearly $20k/month just in taxes alone. There comes a point where a few thousands dollars just doesn't make a material difference and I'm fortunate to say that if I lost my income tmrw my investments could cover my lifestyle for the foreseeable future.
If you're making $50k+ a month paying $4k for rent is pennies lol Plus why are you asking someone with money to live in the area where broke people live? You become rich to live in rich areas, and rich areas are expensive relatibaly to broke people. It's telling a Lambo owner paying $200k for a car is crazy just get a toyota lol
Clarification: the $4100/month includes the additional 5% annual fee and 5% agent fee I had to pay to rent this unit.
Is that USD or CAD?

@@theomnithinker Thanks for that. That was my guess. But since Tim is from Canada, it threw me for a loop.

800 megabits per second download. How much upload though? & Price?
Nice place!
Can you give a range of the % of salary this rent is?
Also ,the current tech stack for the company your working for?
For me it’s maybe 6-8% salary
@@Life-With-TimDanke!
Very beautiful home sir
Also, would you ever consider going for MacBook Pro?
I have one already as my laptop, I use it when I’m travelling
Why not buy it? Real estate usually goes up in price and $4000+ for rent seems pricey.
It costs about $850k to buy and I can’t get a mortgage yet
Do you produce music?
"high speed"😂
Hi Tim, I'm in Abu Dhabi, welcome to the UAE. We're looking for SW fundi's - let me know any.
Hey Tim, at 5:00 😉 send ma "hi".
Dude, its just 16 degrees outside in Toronto now (yeah, of course bit cloudy) come back pls 🤣
Tim looking jacked

No more.
I’d suggest doing a bit of research. The UAE is one of the safest countries in the world. I’d be a lot more scared living in the US.
💯 way safer than USA. Not to mention the amazing tax benefits. They even paid for my children's private school. I lived there for 10 years

Can you just buy a dryer?
Ya but it's a rental so I don't really wanna lug it around after.

I’ll buy eventually but taking a break after owning the last few years and recently moving here
