Looks that's in perfect condition these fans don't require service for years after you did once and you can run them for years only thing that can be need to be done is cleaning them regularly and replacing capacitor for 3-4 years once whenever we observe the drop of RPM
In 1990, Crompton made hs motor to hb, then it got renamed to hs, the hb got its original motor in early 2000s and continued till finally discontinuing in 2017-18. But HS, the king, is still alive. HS, HB, Whirlwind, Dec Air, Chandel air etc were all kings and queens. now only HS and DA continue.
Dec air also now discontinued in some places, now lesser units are made at selected factories as ppl prefer thin airflow higher rpm fans which would give you instant comfort
This has label which mentioned high breeze fan, basically motor is of a high speed only but blades are of high breeze only, there's a difference, this has silver rivets whereas high speed of that period has golden rivets and this blades are original and have no grooves, high speed blades have grooves.so that's the matter.this was the modified model of high breeze, this was mostly seen between 1990's and 2000's.now discontinued
