It is one of the best ever fans regarding me the soothing airflow with that resonance just chills and relaxes the mind and I've used this fan for nearly 15 years from 2005.

This is 100% 16 pole because 16p only had the harmonical squeaking alike sound (not bearings) from stator. I have scrapped my box logo and hand logo HBs but will soon get a better 90s or maybe 2000s HB 16pole model with all parts. The reason why I scrapped my old HBs is because they have some issues. one is burnt other one with bad rotor so had to scrap it. Whatever might be, will be getting some more 16p HBs soon!

Well thanks for information, sadly i can't eliminate the wobble but i have tried to minimise it as much as possible so that the upper canopy also doesn't break, defect in blades.....were bent previously thanks to the demolisher

@@electricalbro6308 Yep! So today I unexpectedly got a 2010- 2014 model CG Trans Air reversible 9'' but it dosen't work. don't know what happened. The seller (My friend) told me that when he turned the fan on, it created a spark sound before it had a chance to rotate. All these things happened in a fraction of a second , he told. I could smell something from motor but maybe I am wrong because CG used to varnish the windings with burnt alike smelling varnish. My old cg water pump was running perfectly but used to smell like its burnt but its no true because some varnish smells like a burnt plastic or something.

@@antiquefanworld1728 hmm.. winding is gone, you would have to get the fan rewinded, happens, when winding burns sometimes it may smell.but spark means it can also be that winding has short with body, you would have to rewind in that case as well,as per smell,85-90%probability fan has burnt coils

@@electricalbro6308 Maybe you are correct but the fan was running perfectly but next day spark sound came when the switch was turned on and yes the ''spark sound'' and ''switching on'' happened at the same time before the motor had chance to spin. I am pretty sure but maybe high voltage would have damaged later accidently because the fan was used in 400v high voltage circuit room as too bring cool air for at least 5-6 hrs.

@@electricalbro6308 Even my 3yr old ta 12 starts to warm up after running for just 2-3mins but this is natural because even my CG SDX motor does start warming up after 3mins of run in full speed. My 20pole high breeze 56 of 1969 warms up exactly after running 10mins.
