Hi there, thank you for reaching out! The solid white light ring means you are adjusting the volume. The continuous white light ring means Alexa Guard is on away mode. Tell Alexa “I’m home” to switch Guard to Home mode. You can also toggle between modes in the Guard section of the Alexa app.
I'd highly recommend not constantly using the two most popular wake-words, Especially with videos targeted at new users, Believe me, people are less likely to mute their device and more likely to mute you or just skip the video entirely.

I cant tell if mine is pulsing green or yellow. Its kinda a lime green color. I have turned off all Amazon shopping notifications and it is still pulsing. Help!
