We have distorted the dignity of our people in the name of Amihara. Though Wollaga is now conscious of these matters and currently lives in peace, the scars remain. However, OLF SHANE continues its guerrilla war, displacing and killing many in the Oromiya region. It is a bizarre paradox that our society supports, appreciates, embraces, incubates, and multiplies extremists, rebels, and guerrilla fighters in the sea womb of Natural Sea Grass Roots. Fano, too, has caused significant turmoil, killing our army troops in various locations. The Amihara Fano Jegna claims to own the land and drag our army into terrain traps, expanding the conflict even to Addis. Their motto, "Amihara-owner of land, AMIHARA ARASH TEQUASH, QEDASH, AMIHARA JEGNA, ETC," fuels the chaos, claiming no Oromo can contest this to induce internal civil war. But we know our natural bonds, ties, and heritage reflect our Natural Land. The people sticked live together, and we are not allowed to compare and contrast in a negative platform view. Our natural Grass Roots are interwoven united; the mission behind the conflicts aims to dismantle our country into pieces. In the time of reform, we invited OLF and other rebels from overseas to return home. However, we simultaneously declared, “We will change the demography of Addis Ababa.” Meanwhile, the OLF rebel group “Shene” spread throughout Oromiya, infiltrating natural grass roots, towns, villages, and forests. They grew in number and form, causing widespread destruction. They intensively robbed properties of organizations, burned villages, houses, and farmland, and repeatedly attacked our army troops in guerrilla warfare across Oromiya. We lost the lives of our ordinary citizens, students, kids, youths, mothers, fathers, and elders. They raped our women and young ladies, brutally killed prominent figures, police officers, state officials, business owners, and hanged individuals. They massacred our fellow citizens and displaced masses from their homes in Wollaga, Arisi, Bale Jima, Shashamane, Guji, Borana, Selale, Burayu, Sebeta, Ataye, Moyale,Harar,and other areas.etc The rebels practiced inhuman, brutal deeds across Oromiya. They looted financial institutions, banks, educational institutions, kebeles, woredas, zones, and various offices. They destroyed properties, burned vehicles, factories, machines, industries, crops, villages, and organizations. They carried out these wicked crimes under the pretense of “Amihara Neftegna, Yegna Meret.” We engaged in numerous forms of guilt-ridden actions against our citizens, prominent individuals, and animals in brutal ways. The Amihara Fano Jegna claims to own the land and drag our army into terrain traps, expanding the conflict even to Addis. Their motto, "Amihara-owner of land, AMIHARA ARASH TEQUASH, QEDASH, AMIHARA JEGNA, ETC," fuels the chaos, claiming no Oromo can contest this to induce internal civil war. But we know our natural bonds, ties, and heritage reflect our Natural Land. The people sticked live together, and we are not allowed to compare and contrast in a negative platform view. Our natural Grass Roots are interwoven united; the mission behind the conflicts aims to dismantle our country into pieces.
In the time of reform, we invited OLF and other rebels from overseas to return home. However, we simultaneously declared, “We will change the demography of Addis Ababa.” Meanwhile, the OLF rebel group “Shene” spread throughout Oromiya, infiltrating natural grass roots, towns, villages, and forests. They grew in number and form, causing widespread destruction. They intensively robbed properties of organizations, burned villages, houses, and farmland, and repeatedly attacked our army troops in guerrilla warfare across Oromiya. We lost the lives of our ordinary citizens, students, kids, youths, mothers, fathers, and elders. They raped our women and young ladies, brutally killed prominent figures, police officers, state officials, business owners, and hanged individuals. They massacred our fellow citizens and displaced masses from their homes in Wollaga, Arisi, Bale Jima, Shashamane, Guji, Borana, Selale, Burayu, Sebeta, Ataye, Moyale,Harar,and other areas.etc
The rebels practiced inhuman, brutal deeds across Oromiya. They looted financial institutions, banks, educational institutions, kebeles, woredas, zones, and various offices. They destroyed properties, burned vehicles, factories, machines, industries, crops, villages, and organizations. They carried out these wicked crimes under the pretense of “Amihara Neftegna, Yegna Meret.” We engaged in numerous forms of guilt-ridden actions against our citizens, prominent individuals, and animals in brutal ways. We continue to swim in an ocean of such deeds. We appear as unnatural wild animals with inhuman, odd behavior.
We also induced and spread other rebels-Afar rebels, HIWHAT Tagay, Benishangul Gumz rebels, Gambela rebels, Somali Ogaden rebels-within our country. They dispersed among our natural grass roots, infiltrating different areas, towns, urban zones, rural parts, and forests. They too practiced wicked crimes, repeatedly attacking and killing our army troops, police officers, state officials, and various individuals. They engaged in guerrilla warfare, intermixed conflicts, robbing, burning villages, crops, organizations, vehicles, factories, and houses. They targeted public transport systems and other infrastructures. We induce chaos in cities, towns, and rural areas, brutally killing prominent figures and military generals in the Amihara region and Addis Ababa.
All these long-term chaotic, holocaust-like dramas exhibited in our homeland were interconnected deeds to prepare a platform of war for “Fano.” The current war in Amihara was induced by spreading guerrilla fighters and ‘Fano’ groups in Gojam, Gondar, Wollo, and Showa to attack our army troops. We keep our military forces busy, dismantling and weakening the system of military defense. In the Derg regime, the HIWHAT dismantled the Ethiopian military forces by capturing military officers and chiefs. Now, we excite Fano groups to fight on “Shene Mengist Serawit” for the freedom of our Amihara people, redeeming places from Oromo Werari. We effectively carry out killing jobs in various parts.We say to free Amihara. We pull external war troops to invade our country in border areas. The external army troops firm their positions in our farmland, displacing our citizens from their homes.
We are efficient and effective in guerrilla warfare against our military troops. We attack, kill, and dismantle the army forces of our country, labeling them “Shene Serawit.” We claim to free our places from “Oromo Mengist.”
