2:22 isn't cinnamon bark and stick the same thing?
3:22 ginger "chop it up, nice and fine" 😭 Where's the garlic and ginger puree for god's sake.
This is just your typical Brit, butchering yet another curry. He doesn't even cook the onions for long enough or brown the meat properly. Just lazy. It's shocking.
