If you see your video, the water colour is not good on first use, thus normally you need to run filtered water for a minute or two before using. I do medium flow so not wasting too much water.
Sorry to say it doesn't move with the water to indicate when to replace it. It's more for putting the month on indicating when to replace the filter. It's a shame. If I had a water tester I would have liked to have seen the quality of the filter. The idea is good and simple apart from the fact that it sticks out like a saw thumb.

My question is: it only lasts 6 months? Do I have to change the entire thing or just some parts? Thanks
It has a filter. Your only gona replace the filter
Do update if the timer works, cause keeping track of it manually might be cluncky and i'm pretty sure i would forget to turn it as well.
