📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
• 125 g butter (approx. 1/2 cup)
• 125 g powdered sugar (approx. 1 cup)
• 2 eggs
• Lemon zest
• 8 g vanilla sugar (approx. 2 teaspoons)
• 125 g all-purpose flour (approx. 1 cup)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
Topping:
• 300 g plums (approx. 2 cups, pitted and sliced)
Crumbs:
• 100 g butter (approx. 7 tablespoons)
• 100 g powdered sugar (approx. 1 cup)
• 150 g all-purpose flour (approx. 1 1/4 cups)
Baking pan:
• Diameter: 26 cm (approx. 10 inches)
Bake: 180°C (approx. 350°F) for 50 minutes in a convection oven
