Something to note about Mona and plague knights dance that I find adorable is that obviously plague knights dance shows him dancing with a much taller partner than him while when we see Mona dance alone she's pretend dancing with a small partner.

I think you missed the fact that King Knight repeats what King Pridemoor said to him while hanging from the tower of fate,to Shovel Knight when he finds himself in the same situation.

I find it a shame that the boss rooms were skimmed over, when there's a lot to talk about in them. Here's some highlights:
In Plague Knight's room you can break open his wardrobe to reveal masks inside. One of them seems to be that of his boss appearance, perhaps as a way of accounting for the design discrepancy.
In Specter Knight's room there's a massive pair of boots. These are likely the same boots mentioned in the very last scene of Specter of Torment.
In King Knight's room one of his rats is red, just like those of secret exits. In addition, the cellar area to the right contains a light aircraft like those belonging to Propeller Knight. Perhaps after recovering Cooper took one for himself, leading to his appearance in Specter of Torment's ending. Of course, this raises the question of how it got there in the first place.
Sucks there isn't a special boss for the Nintendo versions

The lanterns above the goldarmor in the tower of fate's library in Specter of Torment can be broken, changing the colour and personality of the goldarmor. He gets fed up of the new places he works in, except for the clockwork tower. Try breaking the lantern after that.
8:10 - It was also worth mentioning that in this room you can see a large mask of the Plague Knight, which he wears when he acts as an antagonist.
I know this video was probably made back when King of Cards came out, but one Easter egg you missed was after the fight with Mr. Hat, when you go back you will find a cliff with a horse man standing at the edge.
If you talk to him he will suplex you over the cliff and take you back to the map, but if you have the Troupple helper with you, it will start to kiss you and try to prevent you from dying. You will then be transported to an area with Madame Meeber, the guest character from the Nintendo versions of Shovel Knight, and you will be able to choose a fairy version of the characters from the game. If you try to choose the fairy that looks like King Knight, you will be denied, and upon choosing any other fairy they will be crowned king/queen of the fairies, making King Knight upset and then you wake up in King Knight’s room. If you beat the game your fairy will show up at the end of the credits, labeled as your favorite fairy.
I haven’t really seen anyone talk about this Easter egg I found, but I assure you, it does exist. In the spectre of torment campaign, in the tower of fate, go to the room with the mirror that when you hit summons the witch that tells you your stats. There’s a knight that stands under a slash-able light, and when you slash it enough, it shatters and affects the knight, the knight will change armour. When you do a level, the light respawns, so you can break it again. So you can do this enough times to reveal that the knight was a dragon in disguise the entire time. He then says after you beat another level, that if you see him somewhere, you know that he was accepted for who he really was (dragon, not a knight). And if you go back into shovel of hope, go into the hall of heroes, there’s a picture of him somewhere hanging. I can’t remember where, but it was a subtle and fun Easter egg I found pretty interesting.

There’s one specific secret in King of cards called the fairies Glade. Yo need to have a particular decree and allow the horse to plunge You into the hole where Mr. hat’s shop was. Then you’ll be transported to a place where you can find Madam meeber and choose a fairy companion. If you choose the rat fairy, Then I’ll propeller rats in the game will have wings instead of propellers

You forgot to mention when finding Plague Knight’s room there’s a chance/when playing on NG+ there can be a picture of Mona where usually there would be a torn up photo framed above his bed.
In King of cards in a hidden room in the tower of fate you can find shiled knights helmet.
Oh? This is pretty interesting if true. Haven’t heard about it before, but KoC is pretty new, so there’s bound to be little secrets like that

I find it kind of weird that you mentioned the sonic code for king knight but not the castlevania code for plague knight or the megaman x code for specter knight.

for plague knight, it's pl&noct
for specter, it's s&cbhr for megaman x wall stick, or c&mvrkhnt for megaman x wall stick along with a blue color palette swap.

In specter knight's campaign you can break the fire lamp above the Goldarmor (the enemy in 7:27, next to the mimic dog) to change his color. You can repeat it after each level until you reveal his true appearance and, of course, every new color have a new dialogue with the Goldarmor.
I just recently found Shield Knight's helmet on display in a special room in King Knight's campaign! ;D
6:30 this easter egg is also, to my knowledge, a reference to Final Fantasy 4. at one point, the main character (Cecil) must face his dark side soon after becoming a paladin. the way you win? not attack. you will instantly win after a few seconds after defending for a few turns. you win both fights by doing nothing... coincidence? I think NOT!

There are a few Easter eggs with the amiibo fairies. In Shovel of Hope the Fairy of Royalty (King’s fairy) will strut along with King Knight in his fight. In Plague of Shadows the Fairy of Alchemy can get stuck inside the essence extractor after collecting one of the Knight’s essences. There are probably a few more as well, though those are the ones I know of.
also king knights fairy will ride certain enemies like birders.
I don't know if this works for all fairies, but the Fairy of Shovelry will do the cold shoulder along with Specter Knight, using his wings as a billowing cape, and will sit on top of King Knight's throne when he sits on one.

-while the Mysterious Map is not in the Nintendo versions, they do have Madam Meeber however, who can grant special armor and a fairy friend from scanning amiibo
-the code K&DMASK in King of Cards give King Knight a head that resembles the final boss of that campaign
-by holding up or down in Showdown, you do a little taunt
-after beating the 4 Joustus houses in King of Cards, speak to Cardia for a special surprice

Some other few easter eggs is the bubble shooting dragons paying homage to the bubble bobble franchise i believe,the fact that you fight each boss again close to the end also shows the influence they taken from mega man as well!
I'm a huge Shovel Knight fan, but I must admit I didn't know about half of the Specter Knight easter eggs. Also, I'm playing Jar Jar mode every time now.

Not sure if it counts as an Easter egg, but in King of Cards while unique cards can only be found from one specific spot, both Plague Knight and Mona carry a pair of Plague and Mona cards each likely as a nod to their relationship

I'm pretty sure the revroll cheat code is a reference to Pacman World rather than just Sonic. Pacman World has a move called the rev roll in which he kicks up dust and then rolls forward very similarly to what happens with the cheat activated.
A cool thing about specter knight's room is that's its actually the same room where you find the phase locket in PoS. Also in his room, there is a picture on the wall of two smiling figures. If you slash the picture, one figure will frown, and the other figures image will be torn out, and a ghost will spawn. I was thinking it was Luan and Donovan picture

The K&REVROLL code seems to be a reference to the rev roll move in the pac man world games, which is pretty much what King knight does. That would explain the yellow pallet available for the move.
Shield Knight's helmet can be seen in a secret room in the first Tower Level in King of Cards

King Knight sits on a royal chair while twirling a whine glass if you pay for a portrait of you on the ship.
I know this is long late, in specter of torment, there is a secret in the tower of fate regarding the room with the memec, there is a light fixture above the gold armor that can be smashed open, if the flame lands onto him, he'll turn into the other variants of the armors. if you keep doing this, his helmet will fall off and reveal that he is actually a dragon, one of the backers, magnus, to be exact! His photo can actually be seen in the hall of champions as well.
In King of Cards there's an npc on the airship called the Ledge Farmer, who invented a wingsuit but is too scared to actually test it. You can shove him off the ledge to his doom, and he'll find that his wingsuit does actually work, and he'll reward King Knight for having enough confidence in him. However, if you equip the Battery Brigandine and use the charged bash on the Ledge Farmer, his wingsuit will get knocked off and he'll fly into the stratosphere, never to return (until you revisit the airship at least).
There is a detail in KoC ending. That is about birder bluffs: receiving an invitation and tower of fate: the hunt continues, you can see when specter knight sitting on the spires the aurora is lit, the clockwork is working and the volcano is active, this suggest that specter fight polar knight, tinker knight and mole knight first. Hence the reason that those three knights were at the birder bluffs.

curious how the torpeeto (the green bug that charges towards the player) was anounced as common enemy in shovel knight but didn't got introduced until king of cards
I have beaten specter of torment over 12 timrs, it's my favorite campaign by far.

hello, there is an easter egg in king knight campaign. if the character you pull the boat pushing it you push it with the blue armor, it flies out
I'm sure I remember some other secret boss character. Something about thunder or something. The guy went from game to game, pretty sure, with not a game to call his own. Watched a vid about em.

King of Cards has a secret in the Void Crater. After beating Mr. Hat, go back to his location and you'll find Horzio, where Mr. Hat's shop once was. Before talking to him, activate a Decree of Regneration, which can be found in the Ice house area on the map, or bought from the Troupple King.Talk to Horzio with your friendly Troupple and allow him to "hasten your final adventure".

Hey, I thought I saw a cat fish in armor outpost only in shovel of hope. He has his own shovel, just like shovel knight. Is this related to the amibo?
In Specter Knight's hidden room there seems to be a staff and items that don't belong to Donovan or Luan. Maybe some other character.
Try using the mirror curio when specter knight is wearing the Donovan set, spooky things might occur
hey, there is something i guess you missed on the specter of torment: if you slash the lanter above the goldarmor on the library 3 times, a flame will fall on him, this will change his dialouge depending on wich variation of goldarmor he is colored; it resets after you beat a stage; after a coulple of times doing this the goldarmor will reveal to be a dragon, wich is an variation of enemy present in the birder mountians on the king of cards campain, impliying that king of cards is basically where it all begun. (you can also find this as a coustume for the goldarmor class in shovel knight showdown)
EDIT: If you use the king of cards cheat code: K&DMASK and go to the FEATS tab after starting the intro stage, youll see that everyone gets the same treatment. (A.K.A: wears the same mask bit with their color pallet).
You may have missed the part in specter knights campaign where you can break the lamp over the goldarmor
After visiting the fancy shop and bringing Mr. Hat with you in king of cards you can return to the original local to find it’s now an empty crater, if you go all the way to the end you’ll find a horse which will kill you instantly if you talk and pick I’m not afraid, unless you have the decree of rejuvenation active while it happens which will take you to the fairy garden, which a lot of stuff will be affected by it after.

There's two, actually. PL&NOCT will change his walk animation, and PLC&CART will do the same thing and start you with the Staff of Striking with infinite uses.

This is a BIG, BIG, stretch, but the "KUWA-GATA" cheat code could possibly be a reference to Mega Man X. The Maverick called Boomer Kuwanger is a stag beetle, the "Kuwanger" in his name is a combination of "boomerang" and "kuwagata."

This isn't really a Easter egg, but shovel knight had a crossover with the game just shapes and beats, surprised no one mentioned that.

8:00 I highly doubt treasure knight is doing taxes. He is the order of no quarter's financer and he is also seen counting money in one of the endings (I forget which) so he's probably just counting money.
In king of cards, go to the location of Mr. hat's shop after beating him, use a troupple decree, and say "I'm not afraid", then you get to pick a fairy you love, after this pick, propeller rats now are fairy rats
