But a general appreciation of black culture, and there's a lot more than rap, does kinda hint that the country isn't some closed-off hellhole, and it isn't, especially in the area foreigners are likely to go in. Romanians work outside their country a lot, because of the country’s relatively poor economy. So they are very used to working and living with foreigners. They are very friendly and nice.

Romania is such a beautiful developed country, sadly it's often underrated amongst people from Western Europe. Czech used to be in the same boat until people discovered how incredibly amazing, beautiful cities like Prague is... Same for Hungary and Malta, tourism from Western Europe has ticked up..real estate is going up too as a result

Because it's nothing to do in Bucharest, even the locals wonder what made you come to Romania. I went in the summer when I went so it was still the summertime nightlife. Its definitely not for everyone, but if your the type looking to unplug and mind your business and do it somewhere inexpensive Romania is a cool spot. Still it's a poorer country, but is pretty safe, unless your looking for trouble.
Do you intentionally deadlift without bending your legs? Puts a lot of tension on your lower back, especially when going heavy! I've been advised to always deadlift from an angle (keep hips below shoulders angle). Nice vid.

deadlift is a hip hinge exercise, Auston is using correct form. Slight bend in the knees if you got tighter hamstrings. Brace your core more to avoid that "lower back" sensation. 💯
